It is a modern style disigned hotel in central area of Budapest. Metro station "Blaha" is within 5 min walk, and bus station is just under the building. The inner side rooms share a view of a very quite courtyard garden with 2 sides of a historical-sense resident building, while the bustling street side (the bus station side) rooms could be noisy, though the hotel has a good effect of soundproofing. What is more, several small and middle sized super markets are near. We booked a deluxe suite witch shows 44 square meters, but it seemed much smaller.

Good location, about a 20 min walk to Danube, metro right outside if preferred and trams buses, desk staff very friendly, dishwasher/fridge/microwave if needed. Beds king size and really comfy Cons...tv stations a bit rubbish, 2 bathrooms but only 1 with shower cubicle, bath in other bathroom. Would deffo recommend

Would stay again no problem.Very large duplex two bedroom. Quietly facing inner courtyard. Super location for walking to public transport... friendly and helpful staff. Remember to treat yourself to a New York Palace breakfast. Well worth it.

Convenient location 2 blocks from a Metro and walking distance to Central Train Station. Spacious 2 bedroom suite with enough space to add a crib. Reservations available for NY Cafe. Highly recommended!

Can't fault the rooms! Beds comfortable, rooms clean. Allowed early check in. Staff were all friendly. Had access to the lovely pool and spa in the superior New York Palace Breakfast was however the worst, I have ever had in any hotel stay in my life (and including free breakfasts in hostels many years ago)

We had a great time at this hotel, good location but a lil rough, near metro station, beside the theatre. Room was comfortable, big, quiet(requested a quiet room not to face the main street) evening staff was super friendly.

It was a nice, clean place with a reasonable price. The hotel provided free coffee in the lobby (with decent flavor) and free printing service as well. However, the location is somewhat distant from the majority of tourist spots (except for the famous New York Cafe), so if you are tight on your travel schedule, the location of this hotel might not be the best option for the signtseeing. Yet, the service was great, and facility was very nice.

the air conditioner was out of order!”
I stayed in ny residence in summer 2019. the air conditioner was out of order for those 4 days. i asked the counter staffs for help each day but it wasn't repaired.

I informed the reception that the air conditioner in my room did not work and the temperature was high in my room on the 1st day i stayed there. however the problem has not been solved until the 3rd day I leave

Humiliating experience at check out - insisted i hadn’t paid for my stay”
At checkout I was surprised to learn that my booking wasn’t paid for (after I had been told at checkin that it was indeed a pre-booked stay). Zoltan the receptionist kept insisting that they had no record of my payment. Despite me showing him the pre-booking E-Mail from agoda and the confirmation sms from my credit card that the payment had been made. He kept questioning the validity of the payment because that was apparently not how it was supposed to be. It was quite an embarrassing and humiliating experience as there were quite a few guests in line to check out (and I was with my friends). To make things worse we were late for our flights and the taxi driver was waiting for us for 25 minutes. The whole thing was resolved when I called agoda’s customer support (of course I had to pay for this international call myself making me even more angry) who then called the hotel and confirmed the payment. Never ever will I stay at this hotel again! Thanks for treating us like criminals!

my pre-arrival experience was already made me confidently believe that this is gonna be a great hotel! since it was my first visit to budapest, therefore i sent an email to the hotel and asking for a lot local information, the reply from ms. sugárka faludi at the front desk was not just informative, but efficient one! she booked me a taxi pick up from the bus station, she checked for me all the train schedule and fare to prague and she provided a lot more other local information about budapest and all these made my recent trip an excellent one! congratulations! with a great staff like sugárka, it should be proud not just for the hotel..... but the entire tourism industry of budapest! on top of it, just only few more suggestions, it would be nice if the hotel install a shower curtain at the bath tub so that the floor won't get web after shower. meanwhile, compare to the size of the living room, a bit larger tv set should be installed instead of the current small one. other than that, all the rest were perfect!

We felt very comfortable during our stay. The room was large, nice and modern furnished and the most important very clean. Everything needed was available in our room e.g. a full equipped kitchen. The staff was attentive and helpful with organising day cations. The hotel is located very centrally so you can easily explore the beautiful city of Budapest.

Great hotel with a lot of comfort & good location”
Budapest is a great city and Luxury Residence a great place to stay. Although you might think Luxury Residence = Boscolo Hotel - it is not. There are separate entrances and really separate hotels. Our room was huge (2 floors, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies) and very clean. We had all comfort we needed.

it was again a good choice to stay at the bolosco residence. one of the top places for budapest. the apartments are good for people who need to work and do not want to end up in conference rooms and so on. service is good and the rates are very good for budapest. will for sure come back at the next stay in budapest.

AMAZING”
I have stayed in many hotels all over Europe Asia Africa and this hotel is by far the best ever!!!! I had booked 2 apartments and due to my colleague not making it, staff upgraded me to a bigger room all to myself. The staff are amazingly polite, the room is ridiculously clean, the food was fresh, location was perfect and the staff well the ladies were models haha. I can not speak highly of this place and thanks to agoda I got a superb deal that you won't get anywhere else. Overall must stay place!!!!
