Our newly renovated villa is perfectly suitable for family holiday and located in the strategic area of north Bandung. The stated price is for 12 guest, the maximum capacity is 14 guest (the price will adjust automatically and extra bed will be provided), so please PUT THE RIGHT NUMBER OF GUEST :)

FACILITIES :
- WIFI, Smart TV 40'', TV Cable
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric stove, rice cooker, fridge and BBQ equipment with charcoal
- Parking for 6 cars (4 carports and 2 in front of the gate/street)
- Air conditioner in each bedroom

First floor
- Bedroom 1 with king-size bed + single bed (floor mattress for 13th guest)
- Shared bathroom
- Spacious living and dining area + outdoor BBQ area
- Pantry and kitchen
- Swimming pool (1 for adults and 1 for kids)

Second floor
- Bedroom 2 with 2 king-size bed and en-suite bathroom

Villa rules : 1. We prepare the bed and provide towel, pillow, and blanket based on how many people are staying. Make sure you put the EXACT number of guests & the maximum capacity is 14 people. The price adjust automatically for 13th and 14th guest (+100.000 / night / person). There will be floor mattress provided. EXTRA CHARGE applied if number of guest staying is more than number of guest stated in the reservation (IDR 100.000 / person / night) 2. Any noisy event, party, drugs, and alcohol is NOT permitted 3. No loud noises / loud music after 22.00 4. Pet is not allowed in bed and pool, and please clean up after your pet 5. No smoking inside the house, only permitted at the backyard and balcony 6. Please take care our Villa and clean up after yourself (Any damaged / lost of property , guest will be charged according the value of the property) 7. CHECK IN : 16.00 (early check in possible, if there is no guest staying the night before, TBC D-1 check in) CHECK OUT : 12.00 (late checkout possible if there is no guest staying on the next day, TBC D-1 check out) Please check out on time, considering the following coming guest on that day 8. The host has the right to cancel the reservation if guests don't follow the rules 9. Guest read and agree to all Villa Rules before booking. BOOK = AGREE

Harga terbaik dengan penginapan menarik”

Sejauh ini semuanya baik. Dari segi kebersihan, tampilan villa hingga fasilitas di dalamnya. Harganya juga terjangkau. Kekurangannya komunikasi dengan pemilik sedikit sulit dan jam cek in aku rasa terlalu sore jam 4 sore walaupun bisa late check out. Tapi bila tidak waktunya terlalu sempit. Namun overall bagus, cocok sekali untuk liburan keluarga. Intinya jangan malas untuk membaca ya. Semua informasi lengkap sudah ada di media sosial villa.
