Nice hotel , nice surroundings”
the nh koeln mediapark hotel is a well situated hotel , surrounded by a very very nice park , where you can do biking , or simply walking in a nice and calm atmosphere. it is only at 15 minutes walk from the cathedral ( down town ) , and very well communicated if you are driving your own car . public parking lot is right under the hotel . staff are friendly , and you can use free internet at the lobby ( 30 minutes a day )

Fantastic, would return ”
One of the nicest hotels in Cologne with really good prices- the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Very quiet hotel as well. The staff was very accommodating and the fitness room was quite nice as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location”
Located in business area, about 20 mins walk to the Cologne Cathedral. Staff are friendly and helpful. Carpark is located underground but not difficult to find the way in or out.

comfortable and centrally located”
For a reasonable price you get nice clean rooms at a quiet but central location. The staff was helpful and attentive. A little minus was the breakfast for 20euros per person, which is a bit too pricey in my opinion. Other than that a great hotel.

Very good hotel and staff”
We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It is a 15 minute walk to the center of Köln. Good parking facility with direct access to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent , very well organised and plenty of choice. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. Will come again.

Rude staff”
The reception staff at arrival was the worst ever we met around the world! We arrived at 2 pm while the receptionist was talking over the phone for some minutes and after she put the phone down she didn’t welcoming, offering a glass of water or invite us to have a sit. She just told us the check-in time is after 3 pm if you want to check-in!!! Even after we showed her our booking confirmation which was telling the check-in time is after 2 pm not 3 pm she continued with a very rude and unpleasant behaviour and made us waiting for another 10 minutes and finaly gave us the worst room of the hotel with the view of offices in front bulding while we could see the hotel was pretty emty during our 3 nights stay! We have been already to some of other NH hotels around the Europe and almost feel happy with them. But this first impression totally changed our mind!

Comfortable bedsheet in good location ”
Good location and a nice quiet area. 5mins walk from the metro or 20mins walk from the cathedral. The room has sufficient USB plug. The best thing is hotel comfortable bedding.

Not again”
We enjoyed our 1 night stay, but the interior looks old and dusty. The hotel is located at the mediapark with good parking facilities, but expensive. Also breakfast is very expensive and not that special. After seeing a mouse running out of the kitchen, breakfast didn't taste that well anymore. We booked the hotel without breakfast, but at the hotel you will be charged for an arrangement, including breakfast. From the highway to the hotel i didn't cross an umwelt-zone (environment zone), or at least I didn't see it. Next time we will book another hotel close by.

Location is around 1km away from the Main Train Station, but taking a Uber cost around €6. Hotel is fantastic, check in is easy and fast. Food is around. Will come back again...

it is a good quality hotel. if you don't mind walking for 20mins from main station, but you can also take a taxi which is cost around 10 EURO. I enjoy their breakfast also the surrounding area is beautiful. staff is friendly and they can communicate with English. I recommend it.

Good location, good sleep”
Standard rooms, nothing special but clean. The wireless connection provided by the hotel for free is very very slow! For business needs I bought a 24 hours connection, but the service of the quality DIDN'T improve significantly.

hotel is nice but not easy to access”
Hotel location is a bit far from city centre because it is hard to access public transport there. the nearest train station is about 15 mins by walking distance. Only you can take taxi in this way. By the way, room are clean and nice. With enough restaurant and amusement centre around.

Beautiful hotel ”
The location of the hotel is very beautiful, when you step out of the entrance door a beautiful sight awaits you, the hotel is fronting a lake with beautiful swans just sitting there the bridge that cross the lake is also nice, it's picture perfect. We enjoy the wonderful breakfast buffet.
