Typical comfortable NH-quality. Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, quiet rooms although in good central location. Hotel is in close distance to the Altona Trainstation. The perfect place to stay if Hamburg Downtown is not really required. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Hamburg.

Exceptional”

Pleasant, clean hotel in the Altona district. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little out of the way, but the public transport in Hamburg is good so this isn't too much of an issue.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel unless it´s a little bit far away from the center. The hotel has everything you need: nice, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, nice lobby, bar, restaurant etc.

The hotel is quiet and modern,standard and clean”

It was a nice hotel in a quiet area near the Meeting Place I had to go to. The room was clean and had all the facilities that we needed, nothing to complain except the free internet. It was too slow and complicated, not good at all. The breakfast was very good but it was diffizil tot find a good restaurant nearby for dinner.

This location was far from any busy area, so the hotel was calm and quiet. My departure was very early morning, but able to have my breakfast perfectly.

Good professional business hotel ”

The stay was normal without any problems; the staff was helpful and professional; the only thing what is missing is a Gym; especially for people which travelling a lot have jet etc....need a Gym; I would say all 3, 4 and 5 star hotels should provide a training room or proper Gym.

Pleasant Stay”

I have a pleasant stay at the hotel. Bus to central is easy but hotel location is far. I need a copy of the booking confirmation letter (I lost my soft copy) for my claim submission to company. Appreciate if you could send me another copy. Thanks William

The Room had insects in it . It was dirty and after I complained they agreed TO CHANGE the room .

Sehr gutes Zimmer und Preis-Leistung ”

Unser geplantes Konzert in Hamburg wurde zweimal wegen Corona verschoben, ebenso diese Hotelbuchung. Zimmer und Hotel top, Bar samt Personal auch Zimmerservice sehr gut. Einziges Manko ist der zu kleine Frühstücksbereich in der Lobby. Zum Glück war unsere Buchung versehentlich ohne Frühstück und wir konnten in der Stadt frühstücken.

Zu den Einrichtungen kann ich gar nichts sagen, ich habe davon nichts genutzt, musste aber bewerten, da ist es leider ein Stern geworden. Wollte einfach nur eine komfortable Übernachtung, da ich von weiter weg für einen Krankenhausaufenthalt angereist bin. Zimmer ruhig, Bett bequem, alles tiptop!
