    The hotel is very centrally located, the staff speak wonderful English and are there to assist 24/7 with any questions or booking you may want to make. The rooms were really clean and Faced the castle. This was the best hotel stay for me throughout my time in Germany.

    Expensive breakfast, greedy pricing... not even a welcome bottle water. Gym has exactly 3 bottles of water available and no water machine... super disappointed by key card system. Had to go every day to the reception to unlock a separate card for the gym.... in hindsight a „good“ offer turns out to be a trick...

    Immer wieder, nur zur empfehlen”

    Ein Hotel in dem alles passt. Freundlicher Service, saubere geräumige Zimmer mit reichlich Staufläche im Kleiderschrank. Ein Kühlschrank zur Eigennutzung geplant. Der Service sehr freundlich in allen Bereichen und auch das Frühstücksbüffet ließ trotz Corona nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage des Hotels: perfekt mitten in Leipzig und alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

    Gutes Hotel in Top-Lage”

    Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rathaus, wenige Minuten von S-Bhf. Leuschnerplatz entfernt. Die Zimmer sind funktional und dennoch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in meinem Zimmer hat auch alles funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Eierspeisen werden auf Anforderung frisch zubereitet. Der Kaffee schmeckt ausgezeichnet! Meine einzige negative Anmerkung: Im Eingangsbereich sollte permanent ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels anwesend sein.

    Neues Hotel in zentraler Lage”

    Zimmer neu und relativ ansprechend eingerichtet. Ruhig. Trotz "Hotelkettenatmosphäre" fühlte man sich beim Frühstück individuell und äußerst freundlich behandelt. Wenn man Wert auf ein gutes Frühstück legt, macht man hier sowieso nichts falsch. ( Einziger Minuspunkt des Aufenthalts war, dass täglich die Handtücher gewechselt wurden, obwohl der übliche Hinweis im Bad angebracht war, dass man diese aufhängen solle, wenn man das nicht möchte, was wir getan haben)

    Sehr modernes und Personal freundliches Hotel ”

    Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, grosses Zimmer und Sauberkeit top. Reichhaltiges leckeres Frühstück Nicht so schön war, daß Zimmer lag zur Lage einer Fußgängerzone mit angrenzenden Bars und Restaurants. Fenster musste geschlossen werden, gut das man bei 30 Grad abends eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat.
