Good facility with new building and interior but decreasing service.”
This was my 2nd stay here. First one was excellent. But for the 2nd, was upset when our booked was set with mountain view, got without. The staff hotel claimed our booked was not. After we complained, they offered to switch. Then, we got the 2nd chosen from we wanted. The villa we finally got, the water line was off many times, the kitchen utensil (the pan) was not in good condition anymore. Even when checked out, we were claimed that we missed 1 tea cup. I think the service and facility were not good as last year anymore. Too bad that the villa management can't maintain it well.

It was family trip, the room is big and clean, they provide complete facilities such as air-dryer, washing machine, kitchen utility and BBQ equipment, and refrigerator. Guest room with cable vision, nice swimming pool. One of my family choice. Unlucky they didn't approve late check out even for half hour

they have a very good scenery. Cleanliness is great. It should be appreciated. I loved to chill in the balcony in early morning or late afternoon. Location is also not far from Taman Safari.

Villa with private pool, equipped with modern digital tv and kitchen set and AC in each room however I experienced uncomfortable points: 1. Refrigerator did not function well which require repairment near midnight on my first day 2. Hot water can be used for 1-2 person then you need to wait for 30 minutes 3. Water in private pool did not clean when we check-in and even worse until check-out I hope the owner could pay more attention for maintenance in near future

Recommended villa in puncak!”
New building with great design. All room equipped with ac and hot water. We stay in 4 bedroom villas, the biggest villa there. Room was spacious so does the living room. Complete cooking utensils with water dispenser. Staff was helpful but need more experience. If you plan to stay here, do not forget to bring own towels since they not provide it. The extra bed available with cost IDR 80k/night. Big TV with lots of entertainment including kids channel and live sports channel, but all in arabic language. I like their pool, it was quite big, water was so cold and not-so-clean because lots of small bugs in surface especially in the night, but the staff kindly clean it up in the morning. Nirvana is a modern style villa in puncak. Location is good, near from main road, clean and new building, you will get a fresh air there, car parks were spacious and overall i will say it was recommended. Ps: if I may compare with plataran puncak, Nirvana win in value and lose in ‘natural’ atmosphere:

Villa yg sangat cocok di tengah pandemi begini,krn difasilitasi dgn private pool,jd anak" dapat renang dan protokol kesehatan tetap bs dijalankan,bangunan juga masih baru,tv android yg masih baru dengan channel yg jelas dan lumayan banyak,staff menurut saya semua sopan,baik dan cepat tanggap,saya menginap 2hari,kekurangannya cm 1 air panasnya untuk shower agak tersendat tp masih oke,suasananya jg oke,jarak dr jalan raya ke villa tidak terlalu jauh,tempat yg akan membuat kembali lg dan kembali lagi

Lengkap fasilitasnya terutama untuk staycation saat ini, perlengkapan masak dan makan sangat lengkap, ricecooker, microwave, kulkas, dispenser, kompor, pemanggang roti, pemanas air, mesin cuci, hair dryer, panci, wajan, peralatan makan, super lengkap. Kolam renang private juga sangat mendukung Kalaupun ada kekurangan adalah kolamnya kalau dibuat hangat akan sangat super keren. oiya, peralatan bbq juga disediakan, tapi arang dll bawa sendiri atau minta dibelikan juga bisa Di dekat villa ada warung serba ada yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan customer. Villanya bagus dan bersih, hanya saja kurang ada tissue toilet, tempat sampah di ruang tamu tidak ada, dan kurang keset lantai apabila setelah selesai berenang lantai ruangan basah.
