Review Novena Hotel”

Overall everything is great, I stayed here for 2 days with my 1-year-old child and he was very happy because there is a clean swimming pool and playground. The food is also delicious, and it's close to tourist attractions and culinary spots. Just a little feedback, the toilet is a bit dark and the bathroom could be cleaner. But overall, I really love Novena Hotel and if I have the chance, I would stay here again! Thank you to all the staff at Novena Hotel.

Overall everything is great, I stayed here for 2 days with my 1-year-old child and he was very happy because there is a clean swimming pool and playground. The food is also delicious, and it's close to tourist attractions and culinary spots. Just a little feedback, the toilet is a bit dark and the bathroom could be cleaner. But overall, I really love Novena Hotel and if I have the chance, I would stay here again! Thank you to all the staff at Novena Hotel.

Good hotel, not so good condition”

It was peak season towards Mayday and the hotel is fully pack. The security on parking ground were helpful, the swimming pool was crammed, and since they didn't provide towel in the pool, it's watery from pool to lobby to elevator. There's this mushy smell from the bathroom inside the room and the floor was not swept or mopped properly. Just before we checked out, we can't take a shower because the water was off (can you imagine no water at all, not even in the lobby) for about 30 minutes. They said it's due to the heavy rain the night before so the technicians were working on it. Location was great, but I'm not sure we'll be back.
