We didn’t get enough rest, breakfast was delivered at 6:30am instead of 9:00am as per our conversation with the staff, the breakfast served is not good at all, We’re quite disappointed. The room is not that clean. But the service is quite good.

Sorry to say that this property discriminate between vaccinated and unvaccinated guests, unlike other hotels: they don’t. We also had to come back for check in as the receptionist was not knowledgeable enough to find the booking confirmation number. I like the room. It is big and nice. The location is moderate. I don’t recommend this hotel for the reasons I mentioned above.

I am surprised by the hospitality and arrogant behaviour. Starting from cleaning the room to moving a table in the breakfast restaurant, the first answer you will get is NO. We had 2 rooms and the service for the second room was pathetic. There were no toiliteries provided, no towels and if you call the room service they will give an excuse of the fully booked hotel. I hope they make it better and train staff to be less annoyed at people

Our first family trip to Bahrain and, fortunately, we stayed at Novotel/Al Dana and it was a trip worth repeating. Although, there are quite a few hotels around the area and booking blindly with Novotel was worth a risk. The staffs who are the face of the company are exceptional in delivering their service (with a smile) and "bend over backward" attitude in accommodating guests. My family and I thank you and the staff for making our stay memorable in Bahrain...and we'll see you again on 23 Jun 2017. Till then -- Dante

How often can you find a hotel with water on all four sides of it? Novotel in Bahrain is one such hotel. It is so relaxing to step out on the balcony and feel the breeze off the water. Pluse the private beach makes it even more attractive. Bahrain has some of the best chefs from Asia and Europe and Novotel has employed them. Besides the great food, the staff are friendly and ready to meet your requests. Rooms are quaintly furnished with very comfortable beds, widescreen TV and fridge, though no mini bar yet. I have stayed all seasons and every stay was memorable. I must admit if one is next to a family with kids, one should ask to move. Good value for your dollar. Nowere in North American could you stay in a hotel like this for a mere two hundred dollars a night,

Food was very delicious, Breakfast arrangement, all staff were very supportive, policy of resort very precise and helpful.location of resort was very easy to locate. Health club, swimming pool, were up to the mark. beach view room in which i was accomocated was a very awesome experience.In future when ever i visit bahrain i would love and prefer first to stay in novotel resort. Introducing the Bahrain Novatel”
Beautifully situated between the two main city centres in Bahrain, hugging the coast. The hotel is a 4 star resort, with access to its own beach of white fine sand and crystal clear waters inhabited by tropical fish that can be seen swiming. The service is fantastic with all staff going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is a two storey complex, designed in typical arabic style, with a centre court yard containing a 5 star swimming pool. Note the pool bar is closed during ramadan. Rooms are typical resort type rooms, clean with balconies that can overlook the water. Execelent room service.

I was very pleased with the services overall, including the room size. The hotel is pretty close to the airport, and the airport transport is very reasonably priced (only about US$8). Otherwise, very close to the Bahrain National Museum and easily accessible to downtown shopping, etc.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel ”
The hotel is strategically allocated between the Bahrain International Airport and Manama City; giving me easy access either to the airport or to the city. The hotel had a private beach and nice swimming pool favourable to weekenders or guest looking for a relaxing time during the hotel stay. Food is as usual and nothing special. The staffs did a very good job providing ample hospitality and services to me during my stay. The price for the stay was average and consider afforable to the rooms and services provided.
