One night stay”

IT is ok for 1 night Stay, bit quite far from main attractions if you plan to visit Barcelona for touristic purpose. Breakfast is really brilliant and reception staff is helpful. For buffet - I am sorry but they did not allow to fill in water in the bottle to take it out .

Good”

Good breakfast, but the rooms need renovation and the hotel needs a face-lift.

Bad infrastructure”

Based on Novotel Kolkata experience, i booked Novotel, Barcelona. It is nowhere near to that. The property was very low end. Staff was pathetic, AC was not working, not even simple tea/coffee making kettle in room, intercom not working, cleanliness was average

Acceptable”

No bottled water or water cooker; Three beds were too soft and one was too hard. Dirty carpet; The cleaners threw our clothes everywhere on the desk 6 of 7 times. It takes 50-60 minutes to get to the main tourist attractions by public transportation.

Great location, close to the airport ”

Before you catch a taxi of 30Euros ask where the local bus stop is. The bus number 77 will take you almost in front of the hotel for only 2.20euros. Very fast and convenient! Great breakfast almost everything you could thing off is available. The pool area is great and they have sone fun games to play while enjoying the beautiful weather in Barcelona.

Good”

The hotel is faraway to be 4 stars classification. May be 3 stars is more realistic. Everything is old and not very well maintened. Breakfast is good, pretty diverse but you'll find the same menu every morning. I think with the same budget, they can change menu at least once at 2 or 3 days. Some of the staff was not very friendly.

far from the town center ”

It's far from the town center. It takes 5min to walk the tram station. It has a small pool. It's quiet and cozy place to stay. It's proper price.

Overall value for money”

Breakfast is good. Stay also good.

I asked for a medium steak that came out blue, so I asked for it to be cooked medium, they gave it back well done (with a frown).

Avoid”

Broken lamps, out dated rooms, broken tiles in bathroom, dusty bathtub and they never changed our towels just kept the same ones only did our bed! Absolutely shocking for Novotel. Never booking again. Also had this weird smell the whole time. Lighting is awful and no plug next to the bed.

Comfortable ”

Hotel is located in a quiet area. Preferably you hv own transport for traveling to city centre.

Had a good stay.”

Definitely had a very good night at the hotel. We only stayed for 1 night to check out the neighborhood. Breakfast was nice. The shower had a very good water pressure and hot water which was so wonderful. The room was nice and clean. Everything was great.

Great location”

Amazing location. Friendly staff and housekeeping are always available. Busses are always near to take you to the city and always in time.

Un error en el Servicio”

Sólo tuve un incidente, estuve con un grupo de 27 personas y me cobraron el desayuno de una persona porque tenía dos reservas separadas a pesar que mostré que estaban hechas incluyendo el desayuno. Creo que es un tema de capacitación a personal nuevo.
