Small hotel but in a fairly good location. However for now, there is a major bridge construction going on and it’s not easy to get in and out. Can still use Uber but even then, not many are familiar with surrounding area.

Pros: Convenient location - accessible to many restaurants and shops. Spacious room Friendly and helpful front desk staff Cons: Road construction along Tahlia makes it difficult to get a cab. Carpet and chairs in our rooms were stained. Steel frame of the shower glass had rust. We find the Pakistani waiter at Palm restaurant lazy: - When we asked for two copies of the menu he said they only had one because they were revising the food list. I thought it was odd that a restaurant would only have one copy of the menu even if they were revising it. - When we asked for the dessert menu he said that we only had two choices of dessert. - When we asked for our bill we told him that we will use our debit card. He said that they didn't have the debit machine at the restaurant so we should either pay cash or he could bring our debit card to the front desk and do it for us after which he asked for our debit card's PIN.

HORRIBLE AGODA EXPERIENCE & FRONT DESK SERVICE ”
First Agoda screwed me up by charging wrong; the hotel says the Tax is not included but the Agoda said the price is all inclusive!!! Waited almost 45 minutes at counter. The Agoda Saudi Customer Service Number kept me on hold for whole life and I had to disconnect the call with out talking to any agent & not resolving my issue. At the Hotel, the front desk staff Mr. Fouzy was so rude that he was not even having the basic courtesy of looking at the fave while talking - no smile, rude answers, left me there and went away with out even saying a word! The worst attitude any human can have!! Completely disappointed! I would never ever book my Hotel through Agoda again!

the construction work in front of the hotel is an inconvenience. You need to work with the uber / taxi company to help them locate the hotel. The cleaning service is ok. rather inconsistent though. Sometimes the complimentary tea gets replenished. some times it does not. similarly the drinking water. I requested for a pair of complimentary slippers which never arrived. I've extended my stay. Hope it improves. But all in all. it's a pleasant stay.

A scary experience ”
There was Electrical faults an in our room. It was horrible and very scary. We contacted the receptionist and said that he would send the maintenance. No one showed up and got a second Electrical fault in our room.it was very scary . They did not answer our call until we went to the reception by ourselves at 5:00 am. They did not even apologize. The were very rude we could die that day .they just change the room not even offered an upgrade I was scred i didnt even sleep that day I wil not go to this hotel again never ever I don’t recommend it to any person Be careful not safe environment !!

Don’t choose if you NEED WiFi”
Everything else is good about this hotel except its WiFi. This is the second time I have stayed here (first stay was in the same week last year - during Grand Prix week) and the pathetic WiFi speed remains as is. Speedtest shows 1-2 MBPS during the peak times and even Gmail doesn’t load for minutes! Max it goes during non peak hours is 3-4 MBPS. All hotels across the world are providing fibernet speeds for consumer delight, IT staff in this hotel is least bothered about WiFi speed being at the bottom of every business traveler’s need hierarchy these days. Apart from this, everything else is great - staff are nice and courteous, good rooms, nice location and average breakfast.

la chambre était mal insonorisée, et le voisin regardait la télé jusqu'à 1h du matin. plutôt cher comme hôtel pour la prestation fournie, même pas une paire de sandales en papier pour la chambre (c'est pourtant un hôtel qui se veut "luxueux") le matelas semblait déformé, avec des bosses. l'air conditionné soufflait directement sur le lit, plutôt peu agréable lorsque on dort. Dans la salle d'eau, il y avait des remontées d'odeurs venant du lavabo. Au global pas la fin du monde, mais surtout ça ne valait pas le prix payé. Le personnel était ok, un peu brouillon parfois (je demande un adaptateur pour une prise, on m'en apporte un qui ne correspondait pas aux prises de la chambre.. bref), mais courtois.

ريحة الدخان منتشرة في الدور بشكل فضيع جدًا وحتى الغرفة بالرغم ان الدور لغير المدخنين (كما يفترض ) والفندق قديم ومستهلك لكن مب سيء ،موقعه هو اللي يشفع له اتمنى يرممون ويجددون الاثاث يكون افضل بكثير
