Value for Money !”
I visited this hotel around 10 years ago for a business trip and was impressed by its simple but thoughtful design of the room. It is suitable for business traveller. Now, I came with my children and my mom for vacation. I'm so impressed how the hotel is still very well maintained. The room is superb (especially the superior one, it's so spacious). The bathroom is clean with a bathtub. Really entertaining for my kids but a bit challenging for elderly. However, Novotel is really thoughtful by giving anti-slip mat inside the bathtub. It's really helpful and show how much they thought on the safety of their guest. As I said, 10 years apart and I was stunned by Paragon mall which is now just around the corner. For me, a shopping mall near a hotel is really a plus plus. Especially for picky eater like my kids, I could easily ordered food from their faves restaurant chains by Gojek. Ah, one thing that I need to say thanks to, Novotel allows Gojek to put the order at the lobby. They keep our Gojek delivery safely. I'm so glad choosing Novotel again. It's definitely awesome choice, value for money with all the facilities, comfort, cozy-ness, kindness & helpful staff and excellent location. Good job Novotel Semarang. Will come back again when I visit Semarang.

I love this hotel. Best service, good breakfast, the room is big, and its pretty close to big mall. I might book this hotel again for my next staycation. One thing i wish they had is a skyline that bridge between the mall and hotel.

My son and I stayed here for our "Father and Son" trip to Semarang. We hopped on a train from Jakarta to Semarang and had a great stay here. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very central to everything. I got this hotel from my friend’s reference, besides I was also Accor Plus member, so I know mostly Novotel won’t disappoint me in term of service. Only lack in my current stay in Novotel Semarang, was the chaos during breakfast time. The restaurant was full with people and we cannot have table inside (we finally managed to get 2 small table outside) and yet they kept accepting people in for breakfast, which I found quite annoying as we’re still in pandemic. They should have manage to get bigger space to accomodate if they accepted so many guests. But overall my stay in Novotel Semarang was amazing. I had the best sleep, room is clean and all facilities work well. Will definitely came back if we’re in Semarang
