Hostile staff”
The room was very spacious and the hotel is located 20 mins from the city. Apt for someone who prefer a secluded and calm atmosphere. Very spacious and well equipped room. The reception staff was however, very rude and not very hospitable. Kept staring at our faces and the passports multiple times in disbelief. Not a very welcoming place.

Spacious apartment with two large rooms”
This apartment was rather nice. Furthermore, everything one needs can be purchased close by. This apartment allows for privacy for both children and parents. Nice kitchen, all amenities present. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. Bit far off, you need a car, but bus stand is close to the entrance.

Not as bad as feared”
The rate was very low, so I was ready to live with a few shortcomings. The building in which the hotel us located us a tad odd, the hallways are some 100 Meters long and rather resemble a sanatorium than a hotel. I had a studio room, no fridge or kitchenette, but as the huge Kaufland Supermarket is in the same building, that was not as important as usual. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the room had an unpleasant musty smell, typical for old carpets that rarely get vacuumed. I had to open the windows for a long time to get rid of that a little. It is far from downtown, so probably not exactly convenient if you are here for sightseeing, as the tram takes almost half an hour to get to the railway station

Large rooms , very clean , far from city centre but public tram No#3 is only 20 minutes to/from main station. Employees are friendly and helpful, finally prices are reasonable.

Room was big and clean. About five minutes walk to tram station that took us to the city (which took about 25 minutes) next to the hotel there was Kaufland supermarket. We had a car and parked on the streets near to the hotel (1 min walk) so no reason to pay 9€ per day to park at hotel

Worst experience”
I asked the quite and non-smoking room. But I can smell smoking from other rooms also people are so loud from other rooms/corridors and hotel does not manage this at all. Overall room conditions were not clean.. I will never recommend this place to others.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt ”
Der Duschvorhang könnte erneuert und die Herdplatten gründlich gereinigt werden, aber sonst war wirklich alles super. Das Frühstück war ausgewogen, Umfangreich und abwechselnd. Das Einchecken hat reibungslos funktioniert und es war wirklich toll. 👍🏻 Sollte ich wieder Mal in Leipzig sein, kommen wir wieder

Es war geräumig und sauber. Die Betten waren angenehm mit 2 Kopfkissen p.P. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Empfang hätte etwas freundlicher ausfallen können , aber das Personal im allgemeinen war sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist alt und abgewohnt. Möbel sind verdreckt, Flecken auf den Polstern, Flecken auf dem Bettschonern, Fernseher mit vielen Programmstörungen. Bad Fugen zT verfärbt. Würde es nicht für uns praktisch im Wohngebiet liegen, würden wir es nicht mehr buchen.

Ich hatte mich an der Rezeption beschwert, dass ich ein Doppelzimmer mit 2 Betten erhielt, jedoch ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern buchte. Die Reaktion der Rezeption: NEIN, SIE HABEN EIN 2 Bett Zimmer gebucht. Mit der Bitte um einer Gutschrift, mit freundlichen Grüßen Thomas Heilig

Günstig, etwas draußen, aber ok zu erreichen ”
Man ist ein bisschen weiter draußen, direkt vor dem Hotel hält allerdings ein Bus und direkt nebenan ist ein Einkaufszentrum. Meine Behausung war überaus geräumig, Das Bett sehr bequem, ich schlief ausgezeichnet. Es roch allerdings beim Betreten der Räumlichkeiten unangenehm stark nach Essen. Musste eine Stunde lüften, um den Geruch wieder wegzukriegen. Für 28 Euro die Nacht kann man trotzdem kaum meckern. Frühstück hatte ich nicht, den Fernseher schaltete ich nicht an, WLAN ließ ich aus.
