Not a four star hotel”

The good: Nice staff, cheap breakfast, large rooms, rooms serviced promptly, even if do-not-disturb is hung out when they are doing neighboring rooms. The Messe is about 15 minutes walk with multiple tram and S-Bahn stops reachable in 10-15mins. The hotel is showing its age, though. Carpets ought to be replaced and the room decor could be freshened up. No minibar facility (ok) but unlike other hotels, no fridge to store your own drinks. Room locks are the strangest I've ever seen and a security hazard if you are not paying attention. They don't bother refilling the coffee/tea sachets daily which is saying something...

It's a nice stay in this hotel with easy access to the city. The nearby is quite beautiful and parking is easy here. And the people working at the hotel are freindly and helpful.

Its great value for money. But also very high standard. Extremely clean place. Very spacious rooms, I cant sat anything bad about this place. Its my second time stay and definitely not last!

The hotel is in a perfect position for guests having a car. It can be a bit loud because of the proximity to the highway, but with the windows closed it is acceptable.

The stay was okay.. room was new.. Bathroom was okay, but shower water pressure was low..

Bad Slow Reception & Long Queue!”

We had a very bad reception during checkin at 9.00pm after a very long tiring 10 hours drive from Luxembourg - 630km due to many road repairs diversions. We waited 20 mins. and still reception old man refused to check us in because he refused to accept Agoda voucher. Argued and after some delay, queue behind became impatient and agitated, he finally obliged. We were treated this way probably because we are Asians. We have written to their German Embassy in Singapore to lodge a complaint! The hotel has a casino! and can be noisy, and is situated in an old industrial area surrounded by run down factories and warehouse - different from Internet photos. This is the actual situation!

Horrible hotel”

The room was full of dirt. literally there were particules flying around and the carpet was amazingly dirty. We also found a dog brush full of hair in the corner of our room. Besides the staff is terrible. They are super rude and don't speak English. The midnight shift is extra horrible. He made couple of inappropriate jokes and told us the parking is free but it was not. The day later we told that we didn't know it but the lady on the desk forced us to pay. This is a horrible hotel, don't go.

Das Hotel ist okay”

An sich für den Preis kein schlechtes Hotel. Wer lediglich für einen Messebesuch eine Unterkunft sucht, ist hier denke ich gut beraten, die restliche Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Richtung Innenstadt ist jedoch aufgrund der Fußwege recht umständlich. Die Zimmer sind aufgeräumt und sauber aber nicht sonderlich einladend. Das Personal an der Rezeption empfanden wir als etwas steif und abweisend.

Die Raumtemperatur war mit 24,7 Grad viel zu hoch und liess sich auch mit lüften und dem Temperturregeler im Zimmer nicht zufriedenstellend auf 20 Grad einstellen.

Tolle preisgünstige Unterkunft”

Das Zimmer war gut und ruhig. Es gab kostenlos Kaffee oder Tee. Betten und Bad gut. Die Flasche Wasser war Wucher!!! 4€
