Room was nice and clean. Even though it was small but cozy, perfect location everything on some steps away. Easy access to public transportation and airport , staff was very kind, we was three hour earlier from our check in time but they did not hasitate to give us a room, then their affordable buffet breakfast was best👍

Such a nice receptionist”
Good customer service, clean a room, good breakfast, nice location. The noise from the road didn’t bother us at all. It was a little bit hot in summer season but it was ok in the night. The most impression of hotel is nice receptionist. I love talking with him and anytime you ask or need help he try to help us. Spent 3 days in this hotel, I have good memories

We are always pleased to return here because the hotel is literally across the street from the central train station. Particularly in an area that sometimes does not have the very best reputation, convenience and proximity are a big help. We find that most attractions are within relatively easy access on foot or public transportation. As a budget property, this hotel regularly offers competitive prices. Our standard room was a bit compact in size. The closet had adequate space for the small amount of baggage that we had, and we used the safety-deposit box as well as the flat-screen TV. We liked the pillows and lighting arrangement. All staff members at reception were fluent in English and professionally efficient in their activities. We were happy with our choice and would look forward to returning!

Near central train station... Tourist or notable attractions are walkable... Restaurants are just right next to each other... Supermarket, the closest one is just 1 block away where all restaurants, etc are situated... The room that was given to me is quiet. I was able to rest peacefully. The pick-up point for the tours i booked can be seen just right outside my window. Impressive! Food was okay... Cleanliness is good.. I will stay in this hotel again when I come back in the future. 😊

Good : The hotel is conveniently located. Easy access by transport and by walk. Breakfast was good. Bad : It’s very noisy with traffic and trains and trams. We could not sleep well.

Close to Frankfurt Main station. The shopping center is just a few meters away. Building is old but room is huge and clean. Lift didn’t work at one point but we are healthy enough to use stairs . We stayed for 2 nights.

I made a mistake in the booking. Although i know that there is no cancellation i have informed them about the mistake right after booking. We stayed 2 nights but paid for 3 days as they dis not honor my request for refund and worse they charged me tax for 3 days.

Would only recommend staying here out of convenience as it is a 5min walk to the main train station. Their elevators were not working so I had to drag my heavy luggage down 2 floors of stairs, so that was a bit of an issue for me. Room was decent, but I was just staying for one night. Overall, it's okay.

Hotel whose greatest value is the central location and very close to the main railway station of the city, also pleasant furnishings of the entire structure. Good cleaning of the rooms, not really large spaces and not always the maximum availability of the staff.

Not great, tiny room, tiny shower, stains on carpet, TV doesn't work and door handle kept falling off! NO AIR-CON so be warned especially Europe is experiencing a hot summer. Only the close proximity to Frankfurt hbf saved it.

The 2 female receptionists were excellent!, so friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was grand. No air conditioning and very noisy when windows were left open!Location was handy for us but is not a pleasant part of town.

The hotel is not nice. The lift is broken and they are so long to fix it. First day in Frankfurt we stayed here and it is not good experience. The heater in our room also not work, just in bathroom only. Few days later we came back to Frankfurt after business, we looked at hotel and found that the lift still cannot work.
