Great value for the money”
If you are looking for a nice and clean hotel for the value, this one can’t be beat. The location is steps from the train station. Other than the area in front of the hotel being extra busy and full of all sorts of people, which is expected being near the train station. The hotel was great value for the money.

Nice Location with bad genre on door”
The location of hotel is bang outside the Central Station of Hamburg. But the hotel people should control the people standing outside the hotel gate, some how they are not able to control the nuisance just outside the gate. At night the road side room are too noisy and getting peaceful sleep is difficult.

Nice Location if you desire to use Rail Frequently ”
This hotel has very nice location. Rooms also nice. Breakfast is good but lack on the spot hot food service. Immediately outside the hotel doorsteps, genre of people is not so good. Be careful of pickpocketer and other nuisance.

Clean but not the greatest area”
We booked this hotel last minute but wouldn’t stay here again. Even though the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good, and the hotel was in a ok location, we were surprised by the noise and the congregation outside the hotel lobby. There was also no AC (we should’ve paid more attention) and we opened the windows but the noise level outside the hotel made it hard trying to fall asleep. The hotel is older and the room doors didn’t seem very secure. They open with an room actual room key and the key can be left with the front desk. We only stayed one night so it was ok but definitely wouldn’t stay in this area again, especially if you have you have younger children.

The area surrounding the hotel may be alittle noisy. It is recommended to walk only on the main street across the station and not explore into the alleys. Other that the stay was good and they allowed us to leave our baggages before and after our stay.

Schönes Hotel aber absolut falsche Lage”
Wir machten dort Kurz Urlaub mit unserem Baby (10 Monate). Draußen sind wirklich nur Drogen Junkies und neue Mitbürger unterwegs. Ich hab dort nicht einen vernünftigen Menschen gesehen, wir haben uns demnächst mit Baby abends nicht mehr raus getraut. Das Personal war jedoch wirklich super freundlich und die Ausstattung war auch in Ordnung.

Erst gab man uns Einzelzimmer für 2 Personen wo der TV nicht richtig funktionierte.Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir am nächsten Tag dann die gebuchten 2 Bettzimmer.Aber auch hier funktioniert e der TV nicht richtig.WLAN war auch miserabel. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.Fürs empfohlene Parkhaus gab man uns Auch falsche Preisangaben.

Hotel war an und für sich in Ordnung, allerdings die Lage ist zwar zentral aber sonst sehr schlimm. Wir waren zu zweit und das Zimmer war zum Glück nicht zur Straße . Alleinreisenden die vielleicht auch etwas Nachtleben in Hamburg erleben wollen ist ein anderes Hotel zu empfehlen. Obdachlose in Massen und dementsprechend Schmutz auf der Straße.

Unser Zimmer war ein Queen Zimmer.Bett 1.40m für 2 Erwachsene und extrem hart.Die Lage zur Strasse am Bahnhof unglaublich laut.Frühstücksbox wegen Corona katastrophal.Billigstes eingeschweißtes Sandwich.Muss im Zimmer verzehrt werden.Alles in Einem.Nicht noch einmal.
