Can't complain: place is clean (with daily room service if you so wish) spacious, close to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. And cheap. It seems that mostly local families and students from outside Semarang stay there. The staff btw was really helpful, really nice; only good memories from that hotel.

Not the best hotel but still good”
Hotel located in residential area, quiet and peaceful at night. Unfortunately the wifi didnt work and the cleanliness of the hotel is not at the top level. There is a construction everywhere and the room toilet has bad lighting. On the positive side, bed is comfortable, ac is cold, and staff is friendly

Pros : * Good location, not too far from city center * Not hard to buy food for dinner or else * Considerably enough parking area * Quick CI & CO Cons : * Actual room condition is very different with photos on web * Painting in room is old, peeled off here and there * Pillow case still has fresh mascara spots, maybe from the last guest * Bed sheet has spots on it * Hot water is OK in the morning, but no hot water at night/noon * Room size is too small * Double bad means kind of bunk bed, the lower bed can be pulled out or stored in below the upper bed. When we pulled out the lower bed, both beds cover almost all of the room area. * Cleanliness need a lot of improvement * 2 towels are available (1 towel is already torn a bit), but we didn't find soap, shampoo, nor tooth paste kit. We didn't ask the hotel staff as we brought all above stuffs ourselves. But we found 1 typical hotel tooth brush in the rest room, we didn't know if it was used by the last guest or not, we didn't even touch it.

i will not recommended this hotel after getting the bad experience because bedsheet was dirty and room was so much horrible and wall also broke from the side. Toilet door so much horrible and make a horrible sound while open the door. It's not a hotel just a waste of money.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Staff & Service”
First came to Semarang immediately picked up by the hotel staff. Arriving at the location, see the physical hotel as stated in the book. Given very good service, friendly staff, condition of the hotel rooms are also good. Upon check-out, operations manager requesting review and input for improvement of hotel services. My advice to hotel services become better wifi coverage area is expanding in an executive room on the 1st floor, adding to the security staff at the hotel area. Overall I am satisfied with NOZZ Hotel.

I booked in Nozz for transit during my trip by car from jakarta to Surabaya. The hotel is so small, the bathroom floor is slippery (need to fix). The food is not good. The gangway from room to lobby are hot, need AC. The restaurant is hot also due to a lot of window.

It was a really pleasant stay. Room was cozy and clean. Staffs were very friendly and have breakfast delivered to your room. Airport shuttle included which was a nice touch. Apart from the room being a non-sound proof one, it was a pleasant stay.

i can't access the wifi, because the signal was very weak. The staff helped me to buy my dinner outside the hotel which is very kind. the room was quite small, need some improvement in design, for example, there is a very little space between the bed and the desk, and there is a chair between, the question is, how i should sit on the chair if the chair is squezzed by the bed and the desk? local only television channel, i suggest to add some international channels

It looked great until night came”
I needed the accommodation to spend the night near the airport. I arrived at the room and it seemed very good, size, bed, cleaning, until night came ... in bed I found bed bugs! It was night and there was no way to change accommodation ... It's a shame, because the place is fine, the staff is good, but they should be careful since I don't think it was an isolated event, I noticed and the sheets had previous marks. There was no way he slept that night.

It was pretty good for short stay. The room is standard, nothing much. The breakfast was not good. They only served 'soto ayam' and some breads. But you get what you paid for. For this price, you can get pretty decent budget hotel for short stay.
