This hotel is nice but there's some smell in the room which wasn't comfort for me. Some choices for foods & very similar which what I ate in the previous hotel inside Nuremberg castle, but taste wasn't nice. It's not close with the center placed inside Nuremberg castle, so you have to walk around 10-15 mins to go to those places.
we encountered problems during our booking but AO is kind enough to assist us. needless to say, will stay there again when in nuremberg! highly recommend this hotel to colleagues and friends!

I arrived hotel about 10pm. (which i already inform when i booked hotel) but i cannot get into the place. I stand in front of hotel over 40min. don't know what to do.
