It was not the best view at all but the hotel was totally new and I was surprised with the cleanness of the hotel and the superb room size, bathroom was clean and neat the only down is the WIFI as I tried to connect many times with no luck at all so unless you mind about the WiFi and view you should go for it. also it is very close to the Airport (the new one) so it is perfect

They only speak Arabic, but well, you are heading to KSA, right? Room could be cleaned without asking for it. I stayed there twice (together 8 nights) and the room was only cleaned once. Might be because I pressed the "please clean room" button ;-) But when you check the prices it is quite cheap and not only close to the airport but also in an area where you can get great food in walking distance...

Generally speaking the hotel is good, but no one came to clean the room or change towels etc during my two nights stay. In fact, on my second night, while I was leaving the room early evening, I saw a cleaner cleaning the room across and I asked him to do mine when he is ready. He agreed, but when I returned later I found the room as I left it, not clean.

This is a Hotel I would never recommend, bad service, not clean, staf are not professional. Room was not cleaned for 4 days inspite many requests. My package includes breakfast, but their resturant opens only at 0900.لا انصح بهذا الفندق، خدمه غير جيدة وغير نظيفوموظفين لا يجيدوا فن التعامل مع الزبائن

Staffs can not speak Eng at all and not friendly. Towels were dirty and we had only 2 towels for 4 people family. We booked an apartment with kitchen but there was not a single kitchen utensil to cook (even we complained and asked for a pan and a pot but they did not supplied) so at the end we could not use the kitchen at all, so no point to have a kitchen.

استقبال سيء جدا من قبل الموظفين وانتظار لفترة بدون اي سبب مفيش اي تركيز ابدا من قبل الشباب المتواجدين لا يوجد سرير للطفلة عندهم ونامت الطفلة بجوارنا على السرير الإفطار سيء جدا لازم تنزل تجيب كوبون عشان تطلع تفطر أو ينزل لك الفطور ع الغرفة أشي محدود جدا فطار البيت احلى منه الف مرة الموظفة الموجودة جديدة وما عارفة اي شي تماما كل ما اطلب منها شي لازم تتصل تاخد الاذن الغرفة لم تنظف خلال يومين ولا مرة حتى المناشف والشاي تم طلبهم والاتصال لأجل ذلك ريموت المكيف ما يشتغل وتم طلب ريموت اخر الفندق لا يستحق نجمة ما بعرف كيف تقييمه 4 نجوم حرام والله
