we were in Barcelona for a couple of days and this hotel was AMAZING! breakfast was excellent , wide variety lots of choices and great coffee too! this means a lot since my boyfriend is italian and very picky haha. the room was perfect, quite big and spacious. relaxing rainshower. we even made use of the swimmingpool on the rooftop and it was autumn! overall great hotel and great location nearby metro, bus etc

This hotel checked off all of the boxes for my husband and I. Wonderfully friendly (and helpful) staff, well done breakfast with a variety of healthy choices (and nutella!), a spacious room with all the amenities needed for a stay away, and bicycles to give our feet a rest from walking through Barcelona-- we had an amazing time in Barcelona and it was special to have Ofelias be a part of our memories. We will most definitely be back!

Clean, quiet oasis”
Beautiful design, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The rooms aren’t large, but they’re well put together and have anything you need. The neighborhood is a bit residential, but walking distance to the Magic Fountain, Sant Antoni market and other attractions. Plenty of places to eat and shop at nearby. It was a perfect location for me coming off of a busy week for work staying at a larger, busier hotel in Barcelona. It’s a calm, beautiful, and quiet space that’s perfect for relaxing. The beds were a little too firm for me and a bit uncomfortable— but this is the only downside I can think of to this hotel. It was a wonderful place to stay and I will certainly go back the next time I am in Barcelona!

Excellent hotel in fantastic location”
We started here for 4 nights and thought the hotel was excellent. The property is in an excellent location only a minute walk the metro at Placa Espanya. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff s really friendly and helpful. There is a small pool on the roof and this is a lovely place to relax after a busy day in wonderful Barcelona. Would highly recommend this hotel. We were very impressed.

Superb location as it is near to Espanya Metro where you can hop on to take you to all the sites in the city. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are simple, clean and elegant. There is a safe, mini fridge and small kettle in the room. The pool on the terrace is small though. Do note however, that there is no bath tub and there is NO door to the shower area... yet it is cleverly designed in such a way that privacy is not at all compromised. Their staff speak English and are helpful. Opposite the hotel is Arenas Barcelona, a small mall with shops like Desigual & Mango and eateries in the basement, street level as well as top floor. If your package does not include breakfast, no worries. There is an eatery Tapa Tapa at the street level of the mall that serves breakfast - 2 sunny side ups with strips of bacon and 2 small slices of bread at 4.85 Euros. Coffee & juices are charged separately. There are also mini supermarkets around the area where you can buy your necessities.

Honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else in Barcelona. This is a lovely boutique hotel with clean, comfortable and stylish rooms The location is absolutely perfect - so close to shopping and restaurants in Las Arenas, metro and trains in Placa d'Espanya, and a short walk to MNAC and the Magic Fountain. The staff is helpful and friendly as well.

Nice Hotel , good location”
ofelias hotel is a new hotel in bcn so there are, still, few things to be fixed such as aircon and the elevetor (was not working properly). the pool on the 6th floor is really mini and not really functional so we didn't use it at all. the location is great, few steps from placa de espana and the metro station. staff quite friendly but some of them have to be more professional especially when providing direction. overall the hotel is good.

Pro: 1. Hotel is a cool and small boutique property. 2. Rooms are reasonably small but clean. 3. Front desk clerks were friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English. Received warm greeting. 4. Great location with shopping mall opposite the street where there are rooftop restaurants overlooking the city. 5. Room is quiet. 6. Espanya metro is also near to the hotel. Con: 1. Two friends extended their stay and was double charged. They have already made payment before check-in, the hotel still charge them after they check-out. They have to pay overseas call to request for refund. 2. Only provide water bottle on the first day. 3. Breakfast is the same daily. Nothing special. You may want to visit La Rambla market to have your breakfast. 4. Toilet paper roll didn't get refill after you finish one roll. Overall, a good stay.

Hotel is new and chic. Although it is not in a touristy location, it is a 2 min walk to the metro which will bring you to the main attractions easily. There’s a mall next to the metro with food and shops. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Perfect for couples travelling. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great Location”
Beautiful hotel. Staff were so so kind. They went out of their way to make sure they looked after us during our stay and even weeks later with so issues I had which weren't their fault at all but I needed a local contact. Beds super comfortable and all facilites were lovely. Bathroom does not have a door which kind of suprised us.

Not too bad but have better choices out there...”
Nice little hotel, room was nice and clean but I don’t think this can goes to 4stars. First, front desk staff not very helpful and unfriendly. Several times when we came back to the hotel, usually the front desk will welcome you or at least smile when we look at each other but the front desk here have no facial expression at all, not sure if it’s only me but I do feel this awkward and somehow not polite. Second, the lower floor never open to the public and the front desk told us there is no restaurant in this hotel, not even a bar... so weird.... Third, some places like the elevator and as well as the bathroom accessories are using another hotel name.. maybe was the previous name but why not updating all of them to the current name? Come on, you are a 4stars hotel. There was another mysterious thing, one day while we were staying, we left early around 8am and saw there was a tray with the room service in front of one of the room (i have no idea where they came from since the front desk told us there is no restaurant..🤔🤔), by the time we got back to the hotel which was around 9-9:30 pm, the tray with the room service was still there, untouched.... how come no one picked it up and how can a 4 star hotel could let this happened???
