A wonderful retreat”
We loved the traditional feel of the hotel, and its seclusion - although being sandwiched between two roads means that you one is not entirely free of street noise from passing cars. It should however be noted that due to its location and the nature of the roads, at night there is very little if any traffic. The seclusion also means that alternative meal options are limited, but we found a really nice Izakaya less than 10 minutes' drive away and to be honest if you partake in their very ample (and good) Japanese breakfast you will have more than see you through to dinner, which is a feast and should not be missed if only for one night (kaiseki is not inexpensive). Communication was a bit of a challenge due to language constraints, but with assistance of Agoda's staff ahead of our booking we managed to address our concerns. During our stay we managed to get by just fine. We also booked a room with private onsen, which was great. I believe we had a mid-range room, but the room was very ample in size. We had a bit of an issue with the very hard and thick pillows, but the staff were very accommodating in providing us with alternative down pillows when we asked to have it changed. The two rotemburo's (outside onsen baths) were great, and highly recommended!

Peaceful bliss”
Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. We have never been so relaxed and peaceful. Our Keiseki dinners were outstanding and ever so delicious. The baths - both in our rooms and the bookable larger baths on the 5th floor were perfect. To be able to share the experience together with our partners (rather than have separate male/female baths) was wonderful. The area itself is truly magnificent. Wedged in between two mountains and away from everything & everyone was delightful. The short 10 min trip to the ropeway was an added bonus. HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking for a way to escape the daily grind and let your stresses simply float away.

Excellent Service”
This is the best hotel I tried from my experience. They offer personal service including ordering bouquet. They reply your email enquiry timely. You can ask them other than the hotel detail e.g transportation, food etc. Also, they have outdoor bathtub with great view. I would really recommend you to try this hotel if you want to have a relax and great holiday.

I visited the hotel with my family. The dinner is very good. The room is good. We stay in the room with private outdoor bath. There is nothing much around the hotel. You can book private outdoor bath on the rooftop of the hotel.

Silence hotel”
The hotel locate at rural area without any retails nearby. What you need shall totally rely on the hotel unless you buy goods your own long way outside there. The dinner and breakfast are not such good. The bathroom is quite old and seems not really clean. However, the rented onsen at roof is pretty good.

季節なら紅葉の時期ぐオススメです。周りの山々は紅葉樹が多いため次来るなら秋がいいと感じました。春も桜が綺麗なとこや、今から咲くところなどがあり色々楽しめると思います。お料理も一つ一つ丁寧でどれも美味しかったです。特にお米が美味しかった！水も綺麗だからお米も美味しいんだなと感じました。

房間裝修比較舊，旅館走廊餐廳暖氣不足，房內是足夠的，房內洗手間設有溫泉，但水溫不夠熱，也不能調較，預約的獨立溫泉，水就很夠熱，榻榻米床墊在未鋪好的時候，打開櫃看到是比較污糟，有點點污跡，還有頭髮，不知有沒有清潔，早晚餐食物可以。
