As seen in the photos. Really big room. Loved the balcony and location of hotel. Really quiet at night. Some Staff need training of knowledge about good restaurants, rooftops,etc. If you’re looking for nightlife everyday, stay at downtown. No coffee maker at rooms. I would stay here if I visit Barcelona again.

It's a nice old pile in the thick of things downtown. Get a floor higher up if you can, because the street can be noisy. It's well-situated for subway and train and bus routes. However it's a tourist- and shopping - and business-oriented district, so if you want something more 'authentic' (and slower paced), perhaps look at places further north or east. Staff were all great.

Excellent location and super friendly staff”
The hotel is a good value for money, especially if you spend much time outside the hotel. We were supported by super nice staff, all staff, but I would like to mention Andrea. She's great! Thanks. There is free hot coffee and chocolate machine, plus some cookies for refreshments. Location is close to anywhere near Rambla de Catalunya. Abundant shops and restaurants next to the hotel. Nice balcony and surrounding. In summer, we explore the city from the morning, get back to the hotel after lunch, shower and take a rest, and then go out for evening walk and dinner. Enjoyable!

This was a great place to stay in Barcelona. Everything century located around the hotel. They even upgraded us to a bigger room when we checked in which was awesome. Would highly recommend anyone that would love to walk around Barcelona and be in a great hotel with a great location

Very small”
The rooms are very small. The shower is right next to the bed and would flood and get all my things wet. There is zero to no counter space to get ready. The night staff is rude and would leave the front desk and you’ll be locked out for hours with no sincere apologies. He also sushed you for talking normally. The location was great but everything else I was unsatisfied

Great location in the centre of Barcelona - walking distance to Casa Mila, Casa Batllo, and a great abundance of restaurants and cafes. Love the cozy room and the terrace. Hotel staffs are super friendly. Very nice breakfast box to start the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for a short term stay in Barcelona. the only down side is that the shower is directly in the bedroom. There also isn't much storage. But if you just need a place to lay your head this place is great. Would definitely recommend for a weekend stay. Also incredible location in walking distance to everything. Rooftop terrace was a nice touch.

Staff really really friendly small frontage, old attractive building we had suite with balcony gorgeous shutters and double doors onto ornate balcony . Lift ! FREE coffee, yea hot choc machine on roof terrace - def stay again in a by sssshhhh et very very good location close to diagonal passeig de Gracia and 10 min walk to place catalunya

The room is modern, cosy and clean. My room has a balcony that faces the main walking street, with good street and sky views. It is superbly located within walking distance to all the branded fashion labels. It’s immediate proximity to walking street has a stretch of various restaurants and cafes that we were spoilt with choices. The hotel staffs are friendly - helped us with our various questions in our way findings. It is definitely value for money.

We stayed in Ona Hotels Mosaic for two nights, which clearly was not enough for discovering Barcelona😅 We were welcomed by lovely receptionist Therese, whose calm demeanor and nice recommendations win us over. So nice to be welcomed like that!☀️ The room is not that big but will do and the location of the hotel is what mattered for us the most. Many places are in walking distance and then for some places of course you would opt for public transportation. Loved spending days in the heart of the city! Thank you and hope to visit again!
