The apartment is in a lovely part of Budapest in a very historic building and it had great character. For the money its a bargain
The correspondence between owner and us wasn't the best , at first when booked the massages were answered, but closer to the date of us staying i Sent a couple of messages just to make sure everything was still OK but never got a response. And once we arrived I tried calling to say we were in the country but didn't get an answer , but was messaged a sort while after by a colleague of the owner. It just left us in limbo for are travels there because we didn't know if are booking was still available

The host is very nice and flexible. The location is just perfect, in the city centre near the underground, very close to restaurants, bars and ideal for shopping.
There were any facility like a bottle of water, hairdryer, tea/coffee kit, ironing facilities, minibar..

The location was very central and easily accessible. Lots of high-end stores around as well as nice restaurants and bars. The size and the decoration of the room was great
Heating in the living area was very poor. It was around 4c or 5c outside and it felt pretty cold in the main area. The upstairs was very well heated. Lack of maintenance, Several lamps were not functioning or missing. Also the bathroom door got stuck as well as the upstairs closet.

Well decorated apartment in an excellent location but privacy and steps are a problem.”

Location is right beside the opera house and just of Andrassy which makes it ideal, Apartment is modern and quite well decorated. The personal bringing the keys was very professional and punctual.
The bed is on a loft level requiring use of steep stairs to go up and down. Not so convenient if one needs to use the bathroom in the night. The apartment is off an external corridor meaning passers-by can look in unless blinds are drawn which makes it too dark, The bathroom is modern but small with a very narrow access to the shower stall Kitchen appliances could be better.

bonjour à tous, j’ai effectuée un séjour entre le 12/05/2022 et le 16/05/2022 dans cet établissement et quel belle surprise 😃 tout d’abord, je m’y suis rendu pour travailler et effectuer des photos pour des blogs insta des voyages à travers Europe de l’Est @KEN_ST017 (suivez et likez 😊) photos et vidéos de l’appartement disponibles. Personne de contact sur place; Sur place, j’ai eu contact avec Lia, qui gère l’établissement et pour avoir déjà beaucoup voyagé je peux vous assurer que c’est rare d’avoir une personne aussi réactive, disponible, simplement parfait 😃 elle parle anglais et pour les francophones elle trouve une solution sans problème afin de répondre aux demandes. Un grand merci à toi. Appartement : l’appartement, correspond exactement aux photos postée sur booking. c’est vraiment un magnifique appartement. - séjour tout ouvert divan, table de salle à manger, cuisine bien équipe (micro onde, frigo, taque de cuisson, grille pain, machine à café avec 4 capsules NESPRESSO, couverts, assiettes, tasse de café, verres,…) - Serviette de bain (2x grandes et petites) salle de bain très belle. - La chambre située à l’étage juste magnifique. - une penderie pour les vêtements. - le nécessaire d’entretien présent (aspirateur, sceau et mob, produit d’entretien présent également) Situation: - L appartement est situé juste à côté de L Opéra dans un quartier très calme, propre et chic. l’appartement est dans un clos privatif, très calme et très sécurisé. Pas de bruits des fêtes, voitures ou autres inconvénients. - Les boutiques de luxes sont à 1 minute à pied (on peut dire que c’est « les beaux quartier classe de Budapest ». A côté de cela, la proximité de nombreux bars, restaurants, commerces accessible en 5 minutes de marche. Un petit magasin SPAR a 250m ouvert au moins jusqu’à 02:00 du matin. la cathédrale est à 3 minutes (testez le restaurant « 0.
En toute sincérité, rien mise à part la Clim qui fonctionne bien mais pas assez pour moi (il fallait quand même dire un point négatif haha)

Zentrale Lage, unkomplizierte Übergabe bei An- und Abreise, interessantes Ambiente. Viele Steckdosen vorhanden. Sehr sauber und für den kleinen Imbsi gut ausgestattet. Praktisch möbliert. Sehr gute Internetverbindung.
Es gab keine Möglichkeit, Kleidungsstücke im Eingangsbereich aufzuhängen. Die Schaltungstechnik der Beleuchtung könnte besser gestaltet sein (Lichtschalter-Zuordnung nicht ganz korrekt). Kein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank enthalten. Für Gäste mit Höhenangst gibt es anfangs etwas Gewöhnungsbedarf. Die Tür zum Bad ist wegen Bodenunebenheiten etwas schwergängig.

Sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Eigentümer. Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Alles sehr sauber. Ausstattung sehr modern. Wohnung befindet sich gleich neben der neu renovierten Oper. Parkmöglichkeit über den Eigentümer fragen. Andrassy ut. wenige Meter entfernt. Man ist zu Fuß in gut 10 min mitten in der Stadt. Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wohnung mit einer Küche ausgestattet. Wir werden bestimmt wieder buchen. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.
Bitte beachten: Es gibt nur ein Startset an Handtücher. Wer länger bleibt, sollte entweder seine eigenen Handtücher mitbringen oder über den Eigentümer, gegen Gebühr, zusätzliche bestellen. Klappte bei uns reibungslos.
