الايجابيات تعامل الموظفين النظافة المواقف يوجد حوش خاص فيهم يبعد مسافه قريبه نسبياً السلبيات العزل لان صوت السيارات مزعج الفرن الكهربائي يفصل باستمرار عند لمسه تشعر بكهرباء بسيطة غرفة نوم الاطفال مفتاح تشغيل الاضاءة لايعمل حيث ان الإضاءة لانستطيع اغلاقها الميزة

المكان يحتاج بعض الإضافات والتعديلات مثل: 1- الاهتمام بالخدمات الجانبية مثل زيادة المناشف والصابون على حسب عدد الموجودين في الشقة 2- ضغط الماء ضعيف جدا بالذات في الدور الرابع 3-الاهتمام بصيانة المكيفات 4- وجود مطعم او بوفيه يبيع السندوتشات والوجبات الخفيفة
