          Location is good, and the building is clean and decent, but the room wasn't as good as in the pictures, the bed is next to the bathroom door, bathroom fan wasn't working, it wasn't a pleasant experience

          thank you for the great 2 days which I was expecting to be 3 ! even you did noting Wrong of the cancellation of the 3rd day however it was good opportunity to win a customer life time ! I hold MBA of Customer Experience . and i Can tell ! even if the cancellation is not your mistake you could have done on thing to win the customer back if you just offered me other higher Room with exta amout with Discount I was going to accept it and was going to Search for your hotle of every single visit for me to jeddah put your customers in the hart of you business and I sure you better Positioning over the rest in the Jeddah market .

          الفندق غير ملتزم بحجوزات المواقع وعليه فانني لا انصح ابدا بالحجز فيه الموظف يؤكد بكل .... تاكيد الغاء الحجز من قبل اجودا وهذا غير صحيح ابدا حتى من خلال اجودا نفسها وعليه فالفندق لا يستحق الحجز نهائيا فلا صدق ولا وفاء بالحجز عندهم
