      Initially I ordered a Double when I check-in, I was given a Twin, it was confirmed that it was still a Twin even though I already showed proof of the order. The order ID is also different and than 1 staff who serves the unfriendly impression, kesannya menyalahkan pemesan. The room has a little discomfort, the rest is very satisfying for transit. Thank u

      Close to Senen Station, staff was friendly, 24 hours assistance available. Wifi was good. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Will come back if i need to travel via Senen Station in the future.
