        Not recommended, staff not help us during check in. And they gave us wrong room.”

        When we check on agoda , we booked suite room double .thats with king size bed and nice picture of bed set up. But when we arrived, we got 1 room with tripple bed (3 of single size).and the staff only tell us, they have only this room available. They dont want double check about my reservation.we not comfortable,because we r couple. And cant sleep with 3 small bed. This room, dont have bathroom aminities, even 1 soap they don't give us. No compliment bottle of water. We have to buy water outside. Cleanliness poor. Please check guest reservation before guest arrive. Disappointed. We will never come back again.

        kamar tdk ada ac,kamar mandi pd saat check in dlm kondisi kotor byk rambut d lantai nya,tv msh tabung dan remot tdk berfungsi,ga ada water jug klo pny balita sangat repot krn air panas harus ke lt bwh dispenser beramai ramai yg nilai plus nya hanya view aja yang bagus terutama malam hr dan pagi hari

        kecewa sangat tidak ada info apa-apa dan belum terima uang kembali”

        pertama menggunakan OYO dan langsung di kecewakan Bekasi - Puncak bukan 50meter saja..sudah sampai di hotel ternyata dapat kabar buruk.hotel sedamg renov dan alasan renov nya waterhitter nya sedang di perbaiki.malah di tawarin hotel Lurus atau uang di kembalikan.kenapa nggk usah beroprasi lagi aja hotel permata hati dan OYO nya janji uang di kembalikan dalam 5 hari kerja nyata nya nihil.jika semua mau baik2 saja segera teansfer kembali uang saya atau saya lapor kepada pihak berwajib
