    Highly Not Recommended!”

    We booked a deluxe double room, but with a reason “it was full” (even though we had booked a week before and already paid), but then we were given a standard twin room, which was cheaper. The hotel management should prioritize the room that suits our order, but they don't care. The water quality in the bathroom is bad, and smells of iron. The blanket is dirty, stained and caused itching on my skin. Never want to be back again. Very disappointing.

    AC di kamar saya Rusak. Ac seperti kehabisan Freon R134 A. Dan alhasil Tidur Kepanasan berkeringat sepanjang malam sekalipun sudah minjem kipas angin. Tetap kepanasan dan masuk angin.
