        Penginapan yang murah, untuk saya lokasi strategis dengan tempat kondangan, itu yang membuat saya senang. Kualitasnya lumayan deh. Yang perlu ditingkatkan : 1. Kebersihan 2. Perawatan properti, sofa nya udah rusak tapi tidak diperbaiki 3. Water heater harusnya ada Krn hawanya dingin sekali 4.         Belakang Restoran”

        Lokasinya mudah ditemukan, dalam perjalanan ke Parongpong, Bandung, memang di belakang restoran Rumah Kayu. Jadi jangan ga perlu bingung car makan, deket juga sama I*****ret. Deket dengan Kala Cemara, karena kemari buat ngadem sambil nongkrong ke Kala Cemara. Tapi sayang ga ada air panas buat mandi, paling masak dari teko listrik yang disediakan.

        Book hotel ini lwt agoda, ga nyangka proses check in nya cepat. Segi + nya : parkiran mobil luas, ada restonya dengan harga yg bnr2 terjangkau, rasa mkanan resto super super enak, stafnya byk dan helpfull bgt, view restonya bagus karna diatas ketiggian paling tinggi bisa liat Lembang malam hari. Segi - ga ada air panas dikamar mandi but its okey dikasi kettle listrik yg bisa dipakai masak air panas buat dipakai mandi. Malam hari hawanya dingin bgt siap2 bw jaket tebal.

        Tempat asri tapi fasilitas minim”

        Proses check in dari Agoda makan waktu 1 jam lebih..sampai jenuh. Tempat asri, sejuk dingin.. pilih kamar yg kanan, bersih. Colokan listrik mati, water heater harus minta dinyalakan dl ke staff. Sarapan nasi kuning enak. Pemandangan dari resto enak banget. Sayang playground dan kolam renang sedang tidak beroperasi. Totally ok lah untuk harga segitu

        Sisi baiknya; pengalaman suasana bagus, wifi lumayan kencang, staff ramah. Sisi kurangnya: Kamarnya kurang bersih. Fasilitas banyak yang kurang / mungkin lupa diberikan di awal kedatangan seperti alas kaki, sabun (penting untuk sanitasi), tissue, dan beberapa hal penting lainnya terkait kebutuhan dasar untuk menjaga tamu tetap higienis. Letak kloset di kamar mandi menyamping, menyimpang banget... Jadi susah dipakai. Selain itu kamar mandi juga masih jauh dari ok menurut saya. Sangat perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Hal lain juga perlu diperhatikan. Kunci kamar agak susah dicopot, gantungan baju udah setengah copot dari tembok tapi masih dipasang (waktu digantungi malah jatuh bajunya :() , sofa juga sudah berdebu...,

        Tidak worth it”

        Air panas tidak ada (kata resepsionis hanya ada saat matahari terik krn menggunakan solar panel, tp ternyata tetap tidak ada air panas walau tengah hari), kamar mandi kotor, sprei ada bercak, tv buram, wifi gak kepakai, tidak ada toileters (hanya sabun 2in1), tidak ada tissue maupun tempat sampah di kamar, resepsionis hampir selalu tidak ada ditempat, check in lama, untuk harga kamar family 250rb sy cukup menyesal memilih hotel ini

        Kurang puas sih sama pelayanan nya, lelet dan cuek.. fasilitas nya ga bgt, tv bentar2 mati.. kalo pgn mandi pake air hangat hrs dikomplen dlu ke petugasnya, cape bgt secara jarak dri kamar ke resepsionis hrs bolak balik tangga..pas ditanya taunya dicabut.. kan udh tau msh banyak pengunjung ko malah dicabut anehhh.. handuk cuma dikasih 1 Mohon diperbaiki untuk fasilitas dan pelayanan nya🙏
