          Value hotel for cimahi”

          Its a bit overvalued but there isnt many hotel around cimahi, its biggest flaw is its location, its greatest strength is its friendly staffs.

          bad ethitude”

          the request that I submitted on the Agoda system did not match what was given by the hotel. where I asked for a smoking room, but was not given, my deposit of 100 000 became my fine. when I checked out where PAK DEDEN emphasized that I had to hand over my deposit as compensation. the employee is not pleasant either. In my opinion, the employees who work for the hotel have a bad ethitude.

          Jujur tempat ini cukup rekomen dari segi keadaan tempatnya. Parkiran nyaman, situasi kamar cukup oke. Hanya saja sesampainya di sana saya kaget karena ditolak check in dengan alasan tidak lagi bekerja sama dengan OYO. Entah siapa yg salah tapi sebaiknya jangan merugikan customer sebab customer tidak tau apa2, yg kami tau kami sudah payment dan artinya deal. Tolong OYO pun memperjelas hal ini karena saya baca di forum2 hotel sudah banyak keluhan yg sama. Untuk pelanggan harap lebih teliti. Overall tempat ini baik.
