Hotel staff nice and helpful, we checked in early, and later needed a late checkout, no problem at all. Room 516 was clean everything worked, as you might expect from a hotel only 8 months old. B’fast was included and reasonable. Two things could improve, the showers have hot water, but difficult to control, you turn the temp control and wait 5 minutes. The room cleaning needs to improve, we were out for the day from 9am until 5pm, the room with a “Clean Me” sign on the door, was not cleaned, they knocked on the door at 6:10pm. A/C good, flat screen, Tea/coffee in room, Wifi in room. Location good for restaurants, fort etc. Absolute value for money, I would happily stay there again.

This is a good budget hotel, except”
Listing incorrect, NO Wifi in rooms. Request box I checked 1) upper floor 2) quiet room 3) strong wifi. Room was on 2nd floor, next to elevator, no wifi or hot water. Still, it was clean, nice, fairly new and staff spoke some English, and were friendly.

No WiFi, No hot shower, staff kinda annoying.. they even forgot that i book for three days. The only good side is the room is pretty spacious, My Singaporean friend totally surprised that the deluxe room is only $19 for three days. (Promo price)

Yeah i got the room for SGD18 for 3nights but no hot shower, no wifi, towel is smelly and like paper thin. Room quite spacious. For a quick nap, or just a quick rest after work.. this could work lah..

Air con not working properly No window so the air sirculation is pretty bad Need to request for the room to be cleaned Staff is not friendly Type of room that we booked via agoda is suite, but when we arrived the staff gave us the standard room. But at the end we get the suite room by complaining and show the staff the booking letter.

The room was advertised as 37 square meters, it was about 20. Advertised wifi - but none. Advertised coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, sofa, slippers but none of these things there. All a lie.

hotel sangat dhoif keadaannya. tandas bau hancing, bantal langsung tak rasa mcm bantal. tuala juga berbau. bahkan katil kurang selesa. bagi orang msia elakkan daripada memilih hotel ini sbg pilihan tempat tinggal anda ketika berada di Makkasar.
