Floor dirty with many mosquitoes in room .Analog tv not working. AC is dirty but thankfully no smell. Wifi is weak, limited to Only 2 devices. Spring-loaded bed is very soft. Clean but badly stained towels and bed linen.Toilet tissue, toiletries and slippers Not provided. No place and hangers to hang clothes. No bottled water nor electric jug is provided. No cups nor glasses too. Comparatively cheaper rental. Restaurant run by hotel boss is next door. Hence convenient for simple meals to satisfy hunger. Located among row of shophouses and close proximity to a shopping centre 23 paskal, thus very convenient to shop for necessities and even international brands. Good for stay if you're Out for activities in the day the whole time, and only back for rest in the night. Stayed for 3 nights during Christmas period but booked for one night at a time. Cheaper that way.

Before i booked this hotel, i didn’t put my expectations too high since I knew this is OYO. moreover, this one is a budget room. so i kept in mind that the room will be standard, no more fancy facilities. as i got there, i was guided to the room #2 located in the 2nd floor. 15mins after i turned my AC on, there was a weird sound coming from the AC and also few ices falling from inside the AC. the hotel staff suggested to move to another room. i didn’t mind at all. as soon as i opened the room #9 which located on the 3rd floor, at the short glance i thought the room was clean until i found few hairs in the bathroom, and there were few stains on the blanket. the room smelled bad, the bathroom as well. the TV didn’t work. and funny how the Aircon also leaking and throwing out few ices. thank God it was my last day. if i am being asked, will i ever get back here again? the answer is no. the only thing i love about this place is the location: 4/5. that’s all.

the receptionist didn't greet or smile when I passed the lobby area. my first room is noisy. you can hear the voice from the receptionist or other guest talking from downstairs to your room. so i moved to another room. if you want a quiet room, choose a room on the top floor.
