Very Comfortable new hotel in Makassar”

We found this to be a clean, comfortable hotel and somewhat of a sanctuary in Makassar which is a city spread out like a dog's breakfast with chaotic traffic. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

this is new hotel which opened since 2010, close to shopping mall (mall panakkukang), you just walk for ten minutes and you can visit the biggest mall in makassar city.

Good simple hotel near panakukang mall”

We enjoyed the modern style rooms that were connecting which is nice when you have young kids because they can sleep in one room while you are watching TV in the other room. The room didn't smell like cigarette smoke which Is unusual in Indonesia. Staff were generally helpful but the attention to detail was lacking such as not ordering the car to take us to the airport as requested and not turning up when requesting help with bags. The lack of hot water was also disappointing.

Sprei nya kotor sekali. Ada noda kuning dimana mana. Sperti tidak pernah dicuci. Handuknya jg sperti itu. Lebih kelihatan kayak keset drpd handuk. Air wastafelnya jg mengalirnya lambat dan pembuangannya seperti tersumbat. Pdahal lokasinya sangat strategis. SUNGGUH MENGECEWAKAN

Masalah yang saya alami selama nginap disini. 1. AC tidak dingin, hanya seperti pakai kipas angin 2. WC jorok, kayak tidak dibersihkan 3. Gagang keran mandinya patah, entah kenapa gak diperbaiki 4. Handuk tidak ada, terpaksa saya pakai selimut buat mengeringkan badan 5. Telepon gak berfungsi, entah cuman pajangan atau apa 6. Sikat gigi cuman 1, padahal saya berdua 7. Wajib membeli air mineral 2 botol. Ya klo ini sih wajar2 saja. 8. Kebetulan ada orang yang lagi cekcok di lorong kamar, tapi pihak hotel tidak berinisiatif untuk menghentikan. Alhasil kenyamanan tidur sangat terganggu. Itu aja menurutku, gak ada yang bisa dibanggakan dihotel ini. Management nya payah, sya 2x kesini. 2x juga dapat zonk.

Pada umumx sdh bagus hx ada bbrp yg perlu al: sandal ruangan, parkiran tdk mamadai.”
