      Lokasi penginapan terletak dipusat kota, mudah cari kuliner dan dekat dengan tempat wisata, sangat disayangkan tidak diimbangi dengan fasilitas dan kebersihan penginapan, air panas akan tersedia jika beruntung, lebih sering siap2 mandi dengan air dingin, staf penginapan kurang merespon dalam menanggapi komplain atau mungkin sudah terbiasa sehingga bosan, yang pasti saya tidak mau kembali menginap disana bila liburan ke lembang lagi.
