bed was not comfortable if compare with others OYO I have ever stayed. Reception during check in ask for IDR 10.000 pernight as per her it was for admin registration and i did not get the receipt for that.

First, you will be charged for the full price (Rp. 150k/Night) instead of what is charged in the app when you want to check in. The bathroom's drainage didn't work, so you are left with sticky residues from previous tenant/stayer. The bed is not suitable for sleeping as it is only left with springs and no additional matress. The bedding is omfg so disgusting, there are hairs everywhere. Dust everywhere and the 3rd floor doesn't smell nice. The only good thing is they somehow has decent wifi.

Staff got damn unkind goes to arrogant, reply/response customer's question with bad face bad attitude!! I hate her. No blanket, only 1 towel (we even asked it 1st to get it), no hot water, no mirror, when asked TV remote, they said TV can't be use , everything are there not recommended

Harga tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi (sekitar 69rb). Resepsionis bilang harga aslinya adalah 180rb, yang mana saya harus membayar lagi 111rb ditempat. Saya lihat di aplikasi booking yg lain, hotel ini mencantumkan harga sekitar 60-70rban. Hati hati, Mungkin ini cara pemilik hotel untuk menjebak calon penyewa dengan mencantumkan harga yang murah.
