the place is nothing like the photos it's filthy disgusting and full of insects the staff is not helpful and just doesn't care I had to stay one night because it was late in the night but the next day I went and got a new place losing my money I paid

The room is not even close to what is displayed in the photos. It offers 2 beds, while in fact there was only one uncomfortable bed with smelly sheets and a damaged sofa. The bathtroom also smells bad. The balcony cant be locked, and to worsen our experience, the electricity went out upon our arrival. I personally would not recommend it to any of my friends/family.

Do Not Book this Apartments due to they will cheat you on the room you make booking. I Booked family suite but they gave me studio. The Apartments runs by some bad people. No honesty. I Check out on the same day itself. Very poor staff managements.

Penginapan terburuk yang pernah saya datangi. 1. Pemilik penginapan sangat susah di hubungi jadi harus keliling dulu untuk tanya ke satpam sekitar dimana tempat check-in nya 2. Ketika check-in pelayanannya tidak ramah sama sekali 3. Hati-hati bagi kalian yang ingin menginap soalnya dikejadianku ada penambahan biaya 200rb diluar aplikasi dan harus bayar kalau tidak boleh check in (saat itu alasannya aplikasi agoda tidak konfirmasi harga promo ke pihak penginapan jadi pihak penginapan meminta uang lagi ke customer) padahal bukan urusan saya, salah sendiri pihak penginapan tidak teliti dan sudah saya konfirmasi juga terhadap pihak agoda tpi sangat mengecewakan tidak ada respon baik. 4. Tidak diantar ke unit apartment jadi customer bingung cari towernya yg mana 5. Kamar bau rokok, sprei bolong" dan sink dapurnya bau kalau malam 6. Pas mau check out dituduh mengambil jajanan yang tersedia padahal sama sekali gatau ternyata ada minuman di kulkas dan ternyata staff disana salah input barang Saya harap pemilik Apartemen intropeksi karna ternyata banyak juga yang complain soal unit nya
