Actually it's a good apartment, but inside is so dirty. I got non smoking room but the smell of cigarette is terrible. The bed is dirty, the pillows are dirty, even the towels are dirty.

the room is very dirty and smelly. There are so many cockroaches, there are even cockroach carcasses scattered around. Baby cockroaches running everywhere. Is this room cleaned before guests arrive or not?? I contacted the receptionist but there was no answer. There's no even trash bin inside. This is a very terrible experience. Sleeping was very uncomfortable for fear of cockroaches getting into the ears.

The AC and water heater did not work really properly. They need to be fixed. The AC was not that cold and would stop automatically. The water heater did not make the water hot.

Dirty, no water, no free parking, trash in pool”
This place is DIRTY/KOTOR. The wallpaper is peeling off. The shower is so clogged the bathroom floods in five minutes. A spider descended on the bed as I rested. No water provided. Parking ticket can be stamped but have to pay 15K to leave...each time. Best part is the pool, but there's trash at the bottom of it. No gym access. Perhaps the most disheartening part is the first thing you'll see - when you get to the elevator, there's a sign reminding you not to bring prostitutes here...because that must happen a lot. It's that kind of place. =/

Not quite recommended”
Needed a place for an online event during wfh for a day and got the room on the 4th floor. The duvet, bedsheet, towel and pillowcases are grey ; complained to their team and asked for another room and they said the linens look grey but it is "actually clean". Still a no :( The AC was quite hot even though I set the fan to maximum and temperature to the minimum, the bathroom is dirty, and found cigarette ashes inside the drawer on the working desk. I know I paid a small amount of money but we still could wish for clean-looked linens, at least.
