Do not have dinner there! ”

Perfect location, properly maintained wellness, room like in the pictures, all good with the hotel part. HOWEVER, poor quality of food, specially during dinner. It looked like school food, not 4stars hotel. Additionally, way too many people for breakfast at the same time with clearly not enough waiters, food served in open containers, people doing queue, waiters removing used plates but not changing table clothes nor cleaning tables, tables too close to each other,... Irresponsible management during Covid.

Location, stuff, garage

I stayed there only for one night on my motorcycle trip. It's a nice place bit they should really invest in some nee textiles and take better care on bathroom cleanlines. They should also change the soup despensers with normal soap, shampoo and shower gel.

Das Zimmer roch beim Betreten unangenehm nach einem Reinigungsmittel, dass aber später nicht mehr störte. Schöner Pool. Nah am Thermalsee. Kostenfreier Parkplatz oben bei der Kirche rechts. Gutes Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet.

zentrale Lage, sehr Schön, schöner Wellnessberiech

Heviz ist ein schöner Ort das Hotel hat eine Traumhafte Lage. Eingangshalle ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Leider waren im Wellnessbereich keine Handtücher mehr vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einziger Mangel der Spühlkasten des Wc ist andauernd geronnen.

После 12 часового переезда по прибытии в 13-35 персонал был очень удивлен по поводу наличия брони.В итоге расселение все таки состоялось через два часа после долгих просьб т.е. около 16 часов.Заселили в одноместный очень маленький номер без бидэ с протекающим на пол душем и запахами краски.Смена белья произошла на 9 день,полотенца меняли только после просьб.Останавливаемся в этом отеле третий раз и все хуже и хуже,а цена выше и выше.

lehet állatot vinni, nagyon jó a büfé, nagyon jó helyen van

Nagyon nagy szálloda, de mégis csendes és nyugodt pihenést biztosít. Nagyon jó volt, hogy a kutyánk is velünk jöhetett. Mindkét oldalról sétálóutca veszi körül, nagyon jó kis boltokkal és kávézókkal. Közel a tó is. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat és vissza térő vendégek leszünk.
