disapointing inside and no wifi in room ”

The gardens at the Palazzo are amazing - well kept and beautiful, colourful plants. The inside of the hotel is like a grand, but welcoming home. But the bedroom was a great disappointment. The beds were like massage beds - very hard and two singles pushed together. The room was small for a super delux and there were no toiletries - there was not even handsoap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. Our major problem was the internet! I always book a room with 'internet in all areas' but this was not so. The host was most helpful in trying to solve the problem but in reality there was not a repeater in the area to carry the wifi to our room. We ended up doing our room in the dining room. It is very difficult when a room is advertised with wifi and it is not there!

Surprising beautiful”

The staff was warm and friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of everything in Eger. The views are magnificent.

It was luxurious. We usually stay in budget hotels, this villa which is their house converted into a hotel is luxurious and extravagant at budget plus a little prices. The owners give you access to everything in the house which includes a beautiful yard that overlooks the city, pool, sauna, weight room, movie theater room, pool table, bar, dining room. The rooms and bathrooms are extra nice.
