The best place to stay”
Park Inn is located in the very center of Berlin just a few meters away from one of the biggest transport hubs: Alexanderplatz. Metro, trams, buses and trains are just around the corner and it's pretty easy to get around. You'll also find a lot of places to eat and have a coffee, as well as huge shopping centers, all in a walking distance. Most places of interest are also not that far, if you have a few days of stay you may even want to walk there. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit. Rooms are clean, and the elevator is very fast. It takes a few seconds to get to the top. Upon arrival, ask reception staff to provide slippers and a robe as they usually don't provide them without asking.

Superb hotel with perfect location”
Stayed here for 4 nights in August 2022. THe hotel in located right on Alexanderplatz at an exit from U2 line. Also easy access to all other U and S Bahn lines, buses and trams. Perfect for getting about Berlin and returning to hotel. The room was superbly laid out with everything you needed including a walk in shower and a fridge. Bed was super comfy. Will stay here again when we return to Berlin.

Very professional staff and otel! Great location. Very clean rooms Problems: lack of mini fridge in the rooms Shower and the toilet was seperated from the room only with a glass, I wish toilet was a seperate room.

The size of the room is reasonable. There are no places to store clothes, a drawer, etc. for those who come for FEW nights. There is no place to put the bathing bag with everything in it. We put it on the window sill. location was great. Delicious and rich breakfast

Junior suite (3 adults)”
Booked the Junior suite. Quite expensive but very clean & comfortable. The wifi signal is sometimes a bit weak, and the AC is not as strong as we'd wish, being some of the small weaknesses. The suite is on a very high floor of the building. You can almost achieve the same view as the Fernsehturm. And the height avoids the noises from the Alexanderplatz.

The customer service was extremely helpful and the location was perfect. I had requested a late check out due to jet lag and during that time two different staff members came into the room with notice. One of the times I was in the shower. The second time about an hour later I believe they checked someone into the room or gave them the wrong key card because a family walked in. When I told the front desk they said thank you for expressing your concern. To be honest even though the last few house was not great I really enjoyed staying with them and would advise my friends to stay there as well. I would just be clear with the hotel in advanced I don’t want random interruptions.

A note on the basic supplements that must be provided at the room hotel”
One of the best and most beautiful hotels in Berlin, but I have a little advice for the hotel staff to be generous with customers. For example, they put a large shampoo box with a large soap, sterilizer and mouthwash, and they put toothpaste and a brush. The most important thing is that the fridge is not empty, it must be filled with small things such as a water bottle, a small bottle of Coke and a small bottle of vodka. Also, the TV screen is not suitable for the hotel. The screen must be large and can be connected to the phone.

Hotel is located in best location, Alexanderplatz near S+U+bus+tram. Room has great view of Berlin city. Room is quite clean and new but feel bit small than I think.

I had come a budget hotel about 1 and 1/2 miles away It was bad, as soon as I opened the door of my 18th floor room, WOW ! it looked out onto the Tv Tower, fantastic room good location a few mins walk from a Supermarket, and Alexanderplatz Station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

1st time travelling to berlin, the hotel was very easy to find and it was also fairly near to other landmarks, the train station was right beside the hotel so you could also travel to other places. had wifi n breakfast was good, not much variety but their were many food places nearby also so if not for the convenience i wont mind going out to eat.
