We arrived before midnight on Wednesday and got a bad room. Asked for a room change the next morning and got an upgrade straight away. New room was much better but lacked a shade. Clean and comfortable room but too mich light for resting. They should take care of this for the other guests.

This was really one of the greatest places we have stayed in... -The location in the city was awesome. -It had all the modcons (washing machine, microwave, cooker top, fridge, aircon) -supermarkets and convenience stores all around, fabulous humus restaurant right downstairs, ***even better burger/pasta joint*** to the left of the building!!! The staff were quite helpful and kind. We were able to store our baggage after checkout, for a very early-morning flight.

Great apartment but very poor aircon”

The apartment was fantastic. Had everything we needed except the room temperature never went below 27 degrees, really warm for us at this time of year. The staff were wonderful and tried their best.

There is one perfect apartment for family friends or couples. The apartment is very well however it has one thing that we missed and it is very indispensable for the travelled. 1. Dry machine Thanks for Every thing:)

Unpleasant staff ”

Upon checked in for 2 x 1 bedroom apartment, was given 1 bedroom apartment for 4 adults for 4 nights. Told the front desk there is a mistake and they said NO. Booking is correct for 1 bedroom apartment to sleep 4 adults. After a long flight from Melbourne, no energy to argue. Next day, produced confirmation from Agoda that 2 x1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights fully paid for and cannot accept this 1 bedroom apartment. Finally after 2 hours haggling was given the extra apartment, but air conditioning not working and no washing m/c. Could not argue much. Definitely WILL NOT STAY at this residence and do not recommend anyone to stay there.

Another great week at the Soho Apartments. Totally great location for great bars, restaurants and shopping Staff are very helpful and apartments are spotlessly clean and well fitted out

Reasonable ”

It's a good place in a nice location and well worth the money paid. Only thing I didn't like is it looked nothing like the pictures on the site, which angers me, but in all honesty was still a good value for money room.

The appartment is excellent value for money. It is right in the centre of town. Staff is professional and friendly. The appartment could use somw decoration to make it perfect.

We were travelling as a group and found both the location and facilities to be perfect for our needs. The apartment was warm and comfortable.

Good apartment with equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. But too noisy at night cause it's surrounded by pubs and bars. 10 minutes walk to the metro station is a little bit far.

Generally, the staff are nice. But one girl of the reception during my checkin is a bit impatient. The apartment (3 bedroom) is big but the cleanliness is fair. The location is quite convenient.

Apartment is dirty. The tap in the bathroom is spoilt and there is no instruction or manual on how to use the washing machine. Staff has been very unfriendly and unhelpful when asked for guidance on how to use the washing machine. Very disappointing overall experience!

Estupenda ubicación, comodidad mejorable”

La ubicación es perfecta: al lado de restaurantes, tiendas, metro y lugares de interés cultural. Hemos echado de menos una cama más confortable, más utensilios en la cocina y más cuidado en algunos detalles (limpieza y diseño, aunque cumplen con el estándar básico). Por el precio ofertado (con descuento) volveríamos sin dudarlo, pero no en verano porque probablemente es una zona bastante ruidosa. Perfecto para el otoño. No hemos utilizado el servicio de desayunos ni el spa.

Che dire ....vicino al centro e a tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Si arriva dall'aeroporto con il pullman di linea che costa poco di più di 3 € e il capolinea e a circa 300mt dal residence. Pulito e ordinato con una abbondante colazione servita in locali adiacenti.

Abbiamo soggiornato al park residence un gruppo di amici. Eravamo suddivisi in alloggi anche distanti tra loro, in edifici diversi. Il complesso è abbastanza grande, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, è centralissimo, vicino a una delle fermate metro principali. Il livello del servizio non è ottimale, la reception è aperta dalle 15 del pomeriggio, forniscono soltanto un asciugamano a persona...insomma cose così. In generale consigliatissimo
