The hostel is really cheap and close to Tennoji station, from which we can go to many places easily by train, metro, bus etc! However, some people may not like the location because there're many love hotels around it...

Lack of Plugs”
For people on the top bunk there is a chronic lack of plugs making charging phones, laptops and everything else a nightmare. And the hallways were very cold. It was uncomfortable walking from your room to the shower..

Fun and friendly hostel with a great atmosphere”
Had a wonderful time at Peace House Suzunami over the Christmas period. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a spacious common room (for Japan standards) with good cooking facilities and there was a very friendly and welcoming vibe. The rooms were a little small though. With the check in time of 6pm being a bit confusing and a little later than anywhere else I've stayed. Altogether my stay was fantastic, if you're after a nice place, full of cool and friendly people, then this is for you. If you're just looking to stay in your room and not socialise then this might not be for you.

Nice and cosy hostel”
Is a good hostel to meet people and the personal are very friendly. The hostel is really near to the Tennoji Station and Family Mart. If you guys need to do some groceries, you can just walk to the Tennoji Mall which is right at the Tennoji Station. Enjoy your time at the Peace House Suzunami

Incredible value for the money!”
This hostel is great! The location is convenient, since it is right next to Tennoji JR station. There are quite a few people staying long term in the hostel, which gives it a real sense of community. And best of all; the price is very affordable! If I ever go back to Osaka, this is where I will stay.

The place is just a short 5 minute walk from tennoji station (north exit). Though the signage of the hotel is not that visible because its only written in a bond paper. The tennoji park is just beside the hostel which is great. Everything is just walking distance. And the staffs (volunteers) were so helpful and great.

what I needed for a short stay”
I had to stop by for a bit in Osaka to catch the night bus for Fukuoka and this place fits my needs perfectly. Walking distance from Tennoji station, I have a place to rest and refresh before going to my next destination and at such an affordable rate. I was in a dorm room so the room was not as clean. There's a toilet inside the room and shared bathroom outside. No slippers available (and I didn't bring mine) so had to walk barefoot to take a bath. When you enter, the shoe stand is just in between you and the reception so it seems chaotic at first. They have an elevator though which is a plus if you have luggages. It was just what I needed for my short stay but may not be my option if I want a long and relaxing stay.

Awesome Location at a great price”
It is located just beside the Tennoji Park and few minutes away from the metro. The showers has their own doors, the beds have curtains for privacy, the people are friendly. Only down side is that the reception is only open until 11pm so if you have late night arrival or very early arrival, you will not be welcomed.But the good thing is, there is a letter posted in the reception area for you giving all the information that you need. The staff are english speaking which is very nice because they can assist guests well.

location is great (3mins walk from tennoji station) except it's literally among the love hotels. shower is not very clean but acceptable for this price. thank you staff for letting me in to check in after office hour.

Excellent location &great price!”
Very close to the Tennoji. Easy to take the meal nearby. The host can speak fluently English. However,the room is a little narrow and the public area is a little mess. To sum up, it is still a good choice!

Good location, friendly staff but short stay”
From Tennoji you can move around the city with the JR, very convenient. Also Family Mart and SevenEleven around the corner. Also a Mall 5min by walk. Rooms are nice but the beds are awful (there is no mattress at all). Staff is friendly and young (workaways), nice people.

Great location, great price, but a little grungy”
Peace House has the potential to be a great hostel at a great price, but unfortunately the bathrooms are dirty, and the top blankets need to be washed much more often as they contribute to the unsavory smell in the dorms.

They have a charming common room. The staff is friendly and it’s next to Tennoji station. Downside: too much “staff only” in the kitchen.
