excellent ski trip”
I have recently stayed at Belgian. Taka our host was fantastic, he is very knowledgeable about local conditions and facilities and was helpful with transport at different times. The service and friendly support was fantastic. We had a family of five and everyone enjoyed the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a ski holiday in Hakuba. This is my second stay here and i will be planning a return in the future.

Beautiful place and the location is near restaurants. The owner is very helpful and recommended nice places to go in Hakuba. We also enjoyed the onsen. The breakfast is very good. We enjoyed our stay specially the kids and will visit again when we go to Hakuba.

Host was great. We were two couples. We got a free upgrade to a huge family room with kitchen, living room and bedroom in a condo. It was amazing! Yukata was also very helpful and his wife’s breakfast was great. Would def. come again.

Belnina was everything we could have hoped for and more. The breakfast is amazing and the perfect way to start the day before hitting the slopes. The host is so friendly and has great knowledge about the area. The private onsen is the best way to wind down after a day in the snow. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Hakuba!

秋の紅葉撮影で泊まらせて頂きました。賑やかな場所にあり少し迷いましたが、森の中の静かなペンションで近くに飲酒店も多く便利な場所でした。 オフシーズンでの白馬は、初めてでしたが、リピートしたくなる程美味しい朝食でした。旅のスタートを気持ち良く過ごせました。

先ずペンションのオーナーさんが気さくに話しかけてくれてほっこりします。 建物、家具のデザイン性が高く、随所にこだわりが感じられます。 私は食堂の家具とテーブルクロス配色が特に気に入りました。 朝食は出来立ての美味しい自家製サンドイッチでした。 丁寧に作られたのが分かるお料理で嬉しかったです。

とっても気さくなマスターでディナーが美味しいレストランを教えてくれました。ペンションのたたずまいも素敵で朝食もとても美味しかったです。 ひとつ残念なのは、お部屋に入った瞬間、ほこりっぽくハウスダストアレルギーの娘はしんどそうでした。
