Exceptional”

This is just like other Pensions we've stayed in. Clean. Basic. It does not appear to have private bathrooms, which didn't seem to be any trouble for us. The owners are very nice and speak Japanese only. Rooms were warm in the winter, which seems to be hard to find in some pensions. The heater was reliable and very warm. Rooms have a small fridge, there is hot and cold drinking water, and good parking. Place is right up the street from Goryu.

Walk about 10 from goryu apico bus stop to the hotel. The hotel is across the bus stop of parking number 4 that goes to Escal plaza. If you don’t want to wait, you can walk about 10 to 15 mins to escal plaza. You can get the discount lift ticket for Goryu and 47 from the hotel. The owners are nice. They always answer your questions. There is very nice piano you can play. Walk 15-20mins to 7 eleven. Not much restaurant around hotel.

Best value best secret”

I had a great time during my stay at pension Kurumi. Although the owner did not speak much English he was always ready to help in any way he could. High value for money, and was a nice place to stay for a snowboarding base.

quiet forest environment, friendly owner”

The owner drove his car to pick us up at the station despite being busy with family matters. Hotel is located in a forested slope, quiet and peaceful environment. Room clean and comfortable. We were allowed to shower despite returning very late, after "curfew time". Wi-fi connection is strong and stable [better than many big hotels in Japan]. We were allowed to store our luggage after checking out [service #1, again]. Only downside is that towels not provided.

The host (a lovely lady) was very nice and helpful, she went as far as driving me to the shipping facility across the town to retrieve my passport that I left in the bag by mistake. 100% would recommend staying here. The breakfast they offer was also very yummy!

The location is good. Food is the best , it is a delicious full-course meal with relaxing ambiance, and a vibe dining in a 5star hotel, with a price of 2500yen/head😉. The staff are so kind and approachable, they give us recommendation of places to go and also plenty of discount coupon. Will surely be staying here again and recommend to my friends
