I want to beware of this hotel. They stole my jacket from the cleaning staff. Hours after I left the hotel, I went back to ask. They told me that we did not find anything, in addition to the bad reception behavior by the reception staff when I entered the hotel for the first time. Also, there is noise and disturbance from inside the room, there are no insulators. And the breakfast is very bad،،،،

at Plaza My Business Hotel I stayed in business my plaza hotel room 403 on one night stay on 13 Feb around 4 pm I check in . When I reach home after check out on 14 feb . I saw missing of 500 ryal from purse of my wife . The booking was by a hotel name that never existed in real, as the exact location has another hotel name (Darin). It was frustrating to keep looking at this hotel, until someone will double check with the hotel in the location. The front desk was able to find my booking by reservation number, but it was hectic to keep looking for the hotel that never existed. The room was clean, and breakfast was fine as well. AGODA SHOULD CORRECT THIS MESS

The place is not very clean, nit well-taken care off. The service is very slow at night, the hardly pick up the phone, and they dont get you what you need.

The room I was allotted was so very small (around 11 sq. mts maybe) and the bathroom had a folding door which was in such bad shape - and the shower was in front of the WC with hardly any space in between. A window which was so like 300mm×300mm wide was available and the wall below the Split AC was stained wiht leaked water. Overall very bad experience.

Value for money is good. But the cleanliness and smell of the room is complete disaster. We booked for a non smoking room as we have a 1 year old baby yet the smell of the room made our stay sleepless. The staff however are very accommodating and kind.

When you book place is 4 stars hotel then u find 2 stars level will get disappoint 😪 poor cleanliness, no towels, no slippers, no siphon I used trash baskets to help 😭 no hot water , they asked me to pay extra amount upon check out for the second person while we didn't use any extra stuff, bleak , small elevators, old Vibes like 2000 , aaahhh it was horrible

The rooms are small with small dark windows , like a presison cell. Keep away from this hotel.
