Nice and clean, good location ”
Very nice and clean, the rooftop terrace was lovely and the location was good. The pod beds were superb and comfortable. Not much of an atmosphere but that's mostly due to the fact you don't get that many backpackers in Makassar.

im amazed with this place. cheap but located strategically in central and touristic area. beach in front of hotel, and they have rooftop area where you can chill out and enjoy sunset stand out from crowd. all the staff is super friendly and helpful especially Ahmad and Marty. i definitely will choose.to stay here everytime i back to makassar

Excellent location. Right in the heart of Makassar. Easy to travel everywhere, streetfood scattered along the way, unlimited view to the beach (plus the iconic floating Mosque) from rooftop. Cute coffee shop in ground floor. Staffs were nice, they allow me to make early check in with no extra charge. They will give you personal towel while shampoo and soap available in the bathroom. They even provide hair dryer! Will definitely back in the near future.

Best hotel in Losari Makassar”
I recommend the POD house bcoz it's the best hotel in Losari area for the traveller. Its clean and safe. Best view for sunset at the roof top. Easy to get food. You can walk to Fort Rotterdam and Somba Opu Street to buy souvenir. Close to jl. Rajawali and Butung Market. Not far from Trans studio and Akarena Beach, Balla lompoa museum. Sultan Hassanudian grave yard and Arung Palaka grave yard. The staffs are polite,friendly&provide you with good information about public transportation. Would love to come again 😊

Pleasant stay in modern hostel”
The hostel opened a few months ago, so all the facilities are brand new. The convenient pods offer enough space and provide lockable shelfs. Provided breakfast is sufficient and you can enjoy the start in the day in the bright café. Pod house is located directly at the Losari beach where is a beautiful sunset everyday. Heaps of restaurants are in walking distance as well. I also appreciate the staff for taking care of my laundry and luggage as I waited for my bus transfer in the evening.

Amazing!”
I stayed for one week in POD house, since I was studying at the University. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in an enormous number of hostels and I can truly say that this hostel is amazing. The rooftop os great, the view is stunning. The personal is great.. They prepared my breakfast every day early since I had to leave early, they would help me with anything I asked for. I had to move for a longer stay more near the University otherwise I would have stayed there my whole visit!

Great hotel, very strategic location, center of the city and infront of Losari Beach, beautiful view for sunrise & sunset from the rooftop cafe (4th floor) of the hotel, the room/bed clean, the staff friendly and helpful, 24 hours frontdesk to check in, cheap price for drinks and foods... love the hot Lemon Tea and Espresso❤️... price of the hotel is cheap too...

The location is very strategic. Near with Losari beach, Somba Opu street food and another place around Losari. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooftop's view are very nice. Overall, I really like pod house.

Clean and comfortable”
The place is very clean and new with a high quality interior and could be an oasis in noisy Makassar. But there are things to improve: Breakfast consists of a plate of fried rice and a cup of coffee or tea or slices of toast instead. I had the impression, the staff was more interested to sell their overpriced drinks (5times more than outside), if you are not interested to consume than they would not be interested in you anymore. The social atmosphere of other places, where the staff tries to interact with guest wasn't there.

clean bathroom, separate dorm for female and male with aircond, clean bedsheet , there's roof top seating to watch sunset, great location , the hotel located next 24 hrs convenient store and walking distance to streetfoods area. the only problem was problem with the locker card. overall, Worth stay 2 thumbs up!

Really friendly people who try to make you feel at home. You are directly at the seafront but still it is calm inside. All the attractions are close by. There is a supermarket right next to it. Also they have a rooftop café with a lovely view. The breakfast was really good (indonesian style and some toast) The capsules are really great! I would go there again!

The staff was really friendly and helpfull, all of them were just great. They really try to help me where they could. Thank you again :). The capsule is the best i ever had, you have everything you need, just awesome. The only disappointment was the cleanliness, there were a lot of hair and dust, floor, bathroom, locker under the bed. But all in one was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend the place. And not to forget they serve very good coffee and have a very good wifi connection.

They Need to Improve The Cleanliness”
This hostel is unique (I love the rootfop), and located right across Losari Beach. The staffs were very friendly and were always ready to help. However, they need to improve the cleanliness. The floor inside the room was dirty and sticky, and my capsule wasn't clean either (I got skin rash right after my stay there). They probably put too much floor cleaner that made the bathroom floor was also sticky but went very slippery when contacted with water. The sink was clogged and also smelled bad.
