Miserable reception staff and unflattering rooms”
The man on reception was miserable and unhelpful, left me to one side while he dealt with collectiong money from car park users. Rooms were very basic and breakfast was awful. Very watered down juice for breakfast and the coffee was weak. The only good thing is its location next to the polus centre for its restaurants and only 2 minutes from the motorway.

Bates motel , total horror ”
On my arrival after midnight the night receptionist was more interested in his telephone than us , rude and abrupt man. No lights leading up to the stairs. The hotel was almost in total darkness outside even the taxi driver couldnt find the entrance. To be honest i was scared . The fridge didnt work in the room, television had 1 channel in german , sink blocked . Reception said nothing they can do about the fridge. Sleep was almost impossibe due to the constant noise , music from cars , unnecesary loud shouting etc until dawn from maccdonalds car park . Breakfast was the worst; unhygienic and unsightly , cooked meat and cheese sweating with flies all over them , i would not eat any as i did not want to get food poisoning . Unable to tell what some of the cooked food were as they were chucked on serving plates , no interest or pride . no decent drink eg orange juice , only watered down squash served , butter was cut into chunkes and dumped on plate .milk jugs had cereal bits in it and not refilled when empty, no jam or toast . Run out of plates and not replaced. Coffee machine was a simple machine with instant coffee in it, seen better in a cemetery ... not freshly brewd as you would get in other places. Staff in breakfast room are uninterested , most just says "dont know" when you ask a question .The hotel states the swimming pool is for guests to use 9-22 hours, when we used it i was infomed by a swimming teacher that they renting the pool from 9-7 pm and its not for guests use.so we had to get out of the pool. The hotel should not advertise under false pretences if the hotel guests are not allowed to use the pool. The hotel otherwise in a good place with shops and restaurants and bus stops . But thats it. I strongly would reccommend an inspector to go and see the hotel . I wouldnt be surprised if it would close due to complaints soon. It needs new management and complete rethink . The only staff i praise is the room cleaners, the ladies always asked if we needed a

Far away from the city center”
The hotel is close to McDonalds and a huge parking lot, so be ready for an extreme noise at night. The breakfast is of low quality, almost no fruit served. They need to change pillows!!! If you want to visit city center, you need to take a bus, metro and walk, walk, walk. In a brief, you get what you pay for.

Rooms were small, no air conditioning not even a ceiling fan and the room temperature was close to 100 degrees. Whole in the wall even though I had asked them to repair they never did. Broken ceramic floor tiles so we could not take our shoes off to prevent possible cuts to our feet. TV stations did not work all the times. We stayed for 13 days because I had pre paid it but the bed linen was never changed. There are to many things that was unsatisfactory, normally I never complain but this was a very unpleasant experience.

Nichteinhaltung der Angaben ”
Sauna und fitnesscenter nicht in Betrieb und Nutzung nicht erlaubt!!!!Pool Benutzung für Hotelgäste nur Vormittags bis 14 Uhr erlaubt da der Pool nur für schwimmschule nutzbar ist!!!Wollte um 17 Uhr den Pool nutzen nach dem mir gesagt wurde bis 19 Uhr ist das Schwimmbad geöffnet und bin dann mit meinen Sohn bevor ich den Pool aufsuchen konnte im Bademantel vom Personal vertrieben worden den Pool dürfen wir nur bis 14 Uhr nutzen da die Schwimmschule den Pool benutzt!!!Frühstück nicht erwähnenswert!Einrichtung veraltet und dem entsprechenden abgenutzt bzw. beschädigt und am Gang Ungeziefer gesichtet!

Da rimodernare”
Le camere sono carine ma le lenzuola sono assolutamente da rimodernare, erano macchiate e con peli. Il personale nella media era più o meno cortese, fatta eccezione per il ragazzo della reception, il più giovane tra i colleghi alla reception, che è stato gentilissimo disponibilissimo è molto accogliente. La struttura ha una piscina termale e la palestra, un punto a loro vantaggio, ma il grande svantaggio è la posizione, a circa 10km dal centro di Budapest.

Hygiene kennen ze niet helaas. De kamer lag vol haren, vlekken op de grond, stof en wat leek op insecteneitjes op de vensterbanken, spinnenwebben, haren in bed, geel uitgeslagen koelkast. TV werkt niet. Ontbijt zag er vreselijk uit. Airco werkte niet dus het was erg warm. Pluspunten: wel aardig personeel en vlak naast een Macdonalds. Maar absoluut GEEN AANRADER. We hadden ook een taxi besteld bij de receptie voor de dag van vertrek, maar dit was niet gebeurd. Gelukkig hielp een andere medewerker ons snel aan een nieuwe taxi. Samengevat: Vies, warm, oke personeel.

Rigorosamente péssima. A hospitalidade é muito fraca e a limpeza é inexistente (nem sequer varreram os quartos). A internet é paga e funciona mal (parece que é desligada a certas horas do dia). O pequeno almoço é longe de ser considerado comestível, vale mais ir comer ao MacDonalds que é ao lado. Seguramente, não recomendo este hotel. Se tivesse que escolher, iria para um AirBnB pelo mesmo preço.

Helt ok”
Rummet var så enkelt som det kunde bli. Det var okej, vi var knappt på hotellet. Det läckte vatten från handfatet och bad dem kolla det men det gjorde dem aldrig under vår vistelse så vi fick sätta handdukar på golvet själva. Frukosten va hemsk. Det var nära till alla bussar och det fanns ett stort köpcentrum nära hotellet. Det enda positiva var av personalen var att jag fick hjälp med att skriva ut mina flygbiljetter.
