Check in was seamless, apartment was large and very nice!! We got in late with our two kids and the couches were already made up into beds!!! Little touches like that meant so much!!

Considering the amount we paid for this 2-bedroom apartment, it was a great place to stay and it’s value for money, a paid garage parking, basic toiletries, bath towel and a hand towel. It’s only 20-minutes drive to/fro airport, very near to shopping centre, food, etc.

Before arriving i had emailed several times with questions on the area and train information,area,young lady answered them all very pleasant and welcoming Nice sized apartment,very clean,stairs might be much for elderly,its doable,walking distance old town ,train bus station,would return only spent 1 night,town is very nice,young lady recommended a n excellent restaurant serving great Slovak food

This is a very small serviced apartment/hotel on a quiet street close to central Budapest. Everything is brand new and the rooms are of good size. There are no facilities such as restaurant or gym.There is a shopping centre close by with a decent sized supermarket.Underground station is only a few minutes walk. All in all excellent value for money

i have arrived first at budapest's main train station ad from there it took a taxi to the hotel but later i have discovered that it was just two metro station before the main train station. so if you come from the airport with metro line 3 step at corvin negyed station and from there it is just 5 min walking to the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful and the apartment was very clean and cosy. with satellite tv and internet

Very good hotel at an affordable price”
Very good place, spacious and clean, with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. People at reception were nice and helpful. A plus is the underground garage, where you can leave the car with no worries (we checked out from the hotel at 11.00 a.m., but were allowed to leave the car in the garage for the rest of the day).

Hotel/appartement avec un bon rapport qualite/prix. Destine plus particulierement aux personnes cherchant un espace spacieux et fonctionnel. Chaque appartement/studio dispose d'une cuisine equipee parfaitement. Situation de l'hotel a proximite d'un centre commercial tres pratique. En revanche, il n'est pas conseille de se deplacer seul a pied le soir dans ce quartier.

Das hotel liegt sehr zentrumsnah, sehr hell, für ein paar kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen. nebenan ist ein einkaufszentrum, wo man auch gut einkaufen und einen platz für frühstück findet. Allerdings sind die wände recht hellhörig, so dass wir in der nacht durch die feier in den anderen zimmer recht gestört waren. Das Bett könnte ein wenig größer sein.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in Budapest, Pater residence war eines der günstigsten Hotels seiner Klasse und das Geld Absolut wert! Die Zimmer sind riesig und in Top-Zustand, die Einbauküche mit großem Kühlschrank ist sehr praktisch. Prater ist für einen Aufenthalt in Budapest auf jeden Fall eine Gute Wahl!

Location is great. Close to metro and bus stop. There is a mall and small supermarket nearby. ”
Bed is comfortable. Cleanliness is ok. However, there are few points you have to pay attention if you wanna to book this hotel. 1) Hot water supply seems not functioning well, my girl complains the water is not warm. She was the last one to go shower every night and she said no hot water after applying shampoo. Luckily it’s summer now and we didn’t report to the hotel in person. 2) There is water inside the kettle and the kettle looks quiet dirty when I check in. 3) The place is quite dark at night and I don’t suggest girls to get back to hotel very late at night.

Fredfullt og behagelig i ellers livlige omgivelser”
Jeg valgte leilighet for mitt opphold i Budapest, noe som passet meg ypperlig. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt, og kjøleskapet hadde god plass til matvarer fra kjøpesenteret rett rundt hjørnet. Renholderen pratet ikke engelsk, men var blid og hyggelig. Hun vasket leiligheten hver 3. dag, hvilket passet meg bra, da daglig vasking er både unødvendig og forstyrrende. Renholderen var allikevel innom hver ettermiddag for å spørre om jeg trengte nye håndklær eller om hun skulle ta ut søppel for meg. Beliggenheten var flott for meg som gjerne tok en tur ut for å shoppe, sette meg ned på en av de mange kaffebarene eller benyttet meg av spabehandlinger. Det er mye liv i de trange gatene rundt hotellet, allikevel var det stille og fredfullt i leiligheten min med utsikt mot hagen bak hotellet. Resepsjonen var bemannet hele døgnet, på dagtid av to unge damer som begge pratet engelsk.

Świetna lokalizacja, doskonale wyposażone pokoje”
W Budapeszcie spędziliśmy weekend z okazji naszej pierwszej rocznicy ślubu. Wybór hotelu był doskonały. Hotel położony w ciasnej uliczce ale posiada własny parking podziemny z windą dla samochodów. Jest to właściwie apartamentowiec a nie hotel. Nie z tego powodu nie znajdziesz tu kuchni z jadalnią ale nie jest to żadnym problemem. W budapeszcie można doskonale zjeść więc szkoda siedzieć na miejscu. Jeśli jednak najdzie cię ochota na przekąszenie czegoś to w każdym pokoju znajduje się w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Sztućce i naczynia są nowiutkie i nieskazitelnie czyste. Miłym dodatkiem były dwa rodzaje kieliszków do wina. Niezbędne zakupy zrobisz w nowym centrum handlowym znajdującym się niecałe 5 minut od hotelu. Pomimo położenia w okolicznych uliczkach panuje cisza i spokój. Olbrzymią zaletą jest niewielka odległośćod stacji metra z której możemy dojechać praktycznie wszędzie. Wnętrza hotelu są nowiutkie - wszystko pachnie nowością. Wybraliśmy pokój na poddaszu (6 piętro) i był to strzał w dziesiątkę. Dzięki temu mielismy dobry widok na pozostałe budynki w okolicy i nie docierały do nas odgłosy z przyległej ulicy. W hotelu jest oczywiście nowa winda a wszystkie meble pachą nowością Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i pomocna. Ogólnie w hotelu panuje bardzo rodzinna atmosfera.

Nagyon jól megközelíthető helyen van, 5 perc sétára van a Corvin negyed metrómegálló, kb 2 percnyire van a Corvin pláza ahol mindent be lehet szerezni ami kell, van CBA, vannak éttermek az emeletén és divatüzletek is. A szállás nagyon modern és felszerelt az apartmanszobájuk. A személyzet kedves volt kivéve a kijelentkezéskor a recepcióst de ezt leszámítva ajánlom mindenkinek aki egy igényes szállást keres jó megközelíthetőséggel.
