Having been to Japan many times, and married to a Japanese person for 30 years until she passed away 1 year ago, cleanliness is really the next thing to godliness in Japan. I am neurodivergent and have an eye for details that many do not see. I noticed dust on the architrave of the reception counter at check-in. The next morning I tried to politely point out the dust but think my clumsy Japanese may have been interpreted as me complaining about the cleanliness of my room. Profuse apologies were offered. Upon coming back that evening, our room had been totally and thoroughly cleaned. Sorry for the misunderstanding and message lost in translation. I would definitely stay at the Premier Hotel - CABIN - Osaka

Though only rated 3 Stars but conveniently local, easy access to Subways and JR Railway system, but away from busy tourists downtown but you can easily get on subway only one station away , shopping and foods are lot cheaper more reasonable

Convenient for metro and extremely comfi bed”
Would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers to Osaka. Its got a wonderful bakery downstairs with the most delicious bread. The bed is extremely comfi. Rooms are a good size and are right at a metro for easy access. Also a 7 Eleven downstairs for any emergencies so can't fault the hotel at all!

Love the breakfast, great location right next to the station and next to a shopping street. Dotonburi is just a few stations away! Room was clean and a good size for a Japanese hotel.

Just a footstep away, our guests can reach the longgest shopping center here in Osaka wherein there are lots of restaurants offering both international and local foods. We are also just few train stations away from different shopping districts that our foreign guests will surely like. A good choice in Osaka”
What more can you ask for when there’s 7-11, metro station and a supermarket right downstairs? Location is the BEST. also because it’s just 1 stop away from Umeda, 4 stops away from Shinsaibashi area! My choice of room was Deluxe Single Room and this is the biggest room that I’ve ever stayed in Japan (you know hotel rooms in jp are usually nano!). Bath tub was so nice, pretty deep and long. I will come back, Premier Hotel Cabin Osaka!

Receptionist was able to speak english, conveniently location at the station exit( unfortunately no lifts, got to carry your luggage up the stairs) , we were also offered a good price for an upgrade which was fantastic. Breakfast was good. No complaints.
