Great stay when in Sapporo”
They have the onsen on the BF but I wasnt able to use it because of the tattoo I have on my back. The room was quite small though. The staff didnt have best English but totally understood what we were trying to say and they were nice and accomodating.

The plus points to this hotel is the attached open onsen”
Location is a bit out of main Sapporo Station, but it make no difference if you have 3-4 in a team to take taxi or subway to main Sapporo Train Station. Very old hotel but all facility are still in good condition. Fully enjoyed the attached open onsen especially during snowing time which believed many are attracted by this. The famous Shingen Ramen just opposite around 100m away.

I think the hotel is acceptable as the price is not that high. However, I think the hotel interior design and the oveall spatial arrangement needs to be further enhance. The hotel room style freeze in 1980s.

Terrible breakfast buffet ”
The outdoor bath was under maintenance, so disappointed. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Few options and most of the food looked dry and unappetizing. The pictures in the lift made the food look amazing. What a disappointment. Also, kinda far from the centre of susukino so had to take a taxi, especially in winter. It is REAL onsen water, but I would prefer to stay in a nicer place with good food and location. Definitely will not stay here again.

Amazing place with excellent hot spring”
The best hotel I stayed in Hokkaido. The bed is so comfy, nice staffs, good breakfast with many choices, also the best part is you get to enjoy the hot spring with different types, not extra cost nor time limitation. I only stayed there for two nights, and I enjoyed the hot spring so much that I didn't want to leave. I'd definitely recommeond this place and wanna stay here again next time I visit Sapporo.

what you would expected in an urban hotel and a bit more”
This is a no-frills hotel conveniently located close to major shopping areas of Sapporo. The hot spring is very well managed and operated 21 hours a day. The rooms are a bit small and can be dark but will go there again.

Just a little walk from subway station. Cozy room for single traveler.Nice (and rare) natural hot spring among inner-Sapporo. Good breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location 5 mins walk from Susukino subway. Susukino is the entertainment area of Sapporo so lots of restaurants,clubs etc. Smallish but nice clean room, good breakfast and great hot spring baths.

Everything is excellent”
The room is small, but very comfortable. The hotel has excellent onsen and other facility. Quiet a distance walk from Susukino subway, but the tram station is very near and useful. There's plenty of convenient store withing the block and also lots of thing to explore within short walking distance. The staff is also friendly and very helpful. And the hotel provide lots of amenities which basically I don't need to bring any of my own. I don't have any negative comments, i would defanently come again to this hotel.

Staff was friendly and always helpful. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price. Good selection of local products. The massage I had was also wonderful. You don't get a private room, but the open room was fine. I did not get to use the hot springs this visit, but I definitely will next time.

Hotel with onsen in the city”
Great facilities, good breakfast. Parking available in the hotel. Near to most attractions. Room is small. During my check-in saw some ‘drunk’ men ard the lobby, but e rest of the days were fine. Very basic minimum english from the staffs. Staff Service needed to be improved. requested a change of room due to some issue. Explained to the frontdesk and they kept saying rooms are full for my room type. I suggest topping up for higher cat or don’t even mind downgrading to lower cat. They start to show me a frustrated face and kinda sneer at me for being ridiculous as if i was giving them trouble. Frankly, i would not give myself trouble to change room with young kids in tow and so much packing and unpacking. But i was already ill and seriously in need of a better rest for the next 2 nights in order to continue the rest of my trip. After much pushing, another lady(manager i think) came out to help and manage to get a lower cat room for me. Thanks to her, i had next 2 nights of good sleep.
