My husband and I loved staying at Prince Apartments. We were a little turned off by the street that the apartment complex was on but looks are definitely deceiving. First of all, the apartment was very clean. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Coffee, tea making facilities were awesome. No breakfast was offered but there are plenty of breakfast options nearby. Would recommend this apartment to anyone planning a visit to Budapest.

We stayed for 4 days at the prince apartments. Due to our late arrival we were worried about checking in without a reception - but the staff was in correspondence (in a very polite and professional matter !) with us and made sure everything is okay. (getting into the rooms tired and confused with the instructions almost felt like an attraction of its own) The rooms were spotless, spacious, and include everything you could need in a short or long stay in the city. the location, is perfect for a younger couple with some energy (the main tourist attractions start from about 20 minutes of walking) but there is also a metro less than 5 minutes away. the staff was incredible, both through emails and in person, helping us with all of our requests and just to top it off, they let us leave our luggage in the lobby after checkout until our flight (which doesn't sound much, but the checkout was at around 10AM while our flight was in the middle of the night !) TL;DR Great place, no complaints, and for the price it's just tremendous value.

This has to be one of the best deals in Budapest! Clean, modern, well-stocked apartments for a very reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and it also included a free pass to an upscale gym with pool/sauna/hot tub. The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood near Semelweis, but maybe a bit...but only a bit... far from the center and most things tourists would be interested in, and maybe not a great area if you're looking to party. However, there was a major tram line a block away, and two different metro lines a few blocks in either direction. Actually quite a perfect location for a return visitor who's done the tourist things or an extended stay. I would definitely come back!

Lovely large, modern apartment with lift. Fast WiFi. Very clean. A few wee maintenance issues. V close to shops for provisions, metro, trams & buses. Good location If you don’t want to pay ++ right in the centre & fantastic price! Get 100E bus from airport & walk from first centre stop. Girl on reception was very helpful & courteous

Superb rooms, great staff, no pool”

We had a pleasant stay over the weekend. We were a group of five and we had no problem fitting in the big room ( 2 rooms actually ). The only issue i can think of is the advertised hotel swimming pool. There is none. You have to go to the local gym and pay entrance fee. Otherwise no complaints, great hotel for great price. I would visit again for sure.

Very Nice Place”

Very good apartment, had everything you could need, including kitchen. It is quite close to river, you can either get on tram, or as we did, just walk, only 10 minutes to walk. Staff were good, no problems with them. Only thing that wasn't too great, the street it's a mess. Not sure what goes on there, but there was furniture everywhere on the street, like everything somebody would own, lying in the streets, not just from one house, they were everywhere

These are big spacious modern apartments, clean and bright. Everything you need from an apartment. The corridors between are a little shabby and narrow but well enough lit. Only downside was really Saturday night noise from outside. It was warm, and the fan for our apartment was missing and staff did not have a replacement, so we had to choose to keep our windows open or suffer the noise. Next time if there on a weekend I would ask for a room facing the other side!

The Apartment is located within walking distance to all the major sightseeings, if you are not lazy, otherwise bus stop and metro station are just 3 minutes away. I don't remember the reception name but she is super nice and friendly. Totally recommended.

Great location, near tram and bus station(walking distance 3 mins). A spar market nearby. The apartment is with a kitchen(stove,kettle,microwave...). A apartment with a balcony.

Everything is prefect except the apartment is a bit hot especially when you are travel during summer time.

Great flat shame about the wifi and parking”

Great flat, vet well equipped and in a good location. Staff very friendly. The wifi didn't work the whole time we were there, although they told us it had been fixed one day when we were out. One minus was that we didn't realise we had to pay for parking - 3250 HUF / €12 per night.

It was nice having a safe in the room, and wall hooks for hanging coats. The shower water pressure was good and firm. The lock for the door was unusual. It doesn’t firmly click into place like most locks do (rather you have to keep turning the key until it stops). Would feel safer to upgrade the locks. The website ad was misleading. The ad made it seem that there was a swimming pool, sauna, and gym, but those are actually at another facility which charges a fee for their use. This is what we were told by the receptionist.

Good location, quick and easy access by both metro and trams. Clean and comfortable stay with kitchen But have to ask for toilet paper every time at the reception if you are running out of it

I liked the location and safety of the app and garage. It was clean until the ants came... In the morning the app was full of ants. App has bath tub but ni bath clog... What is the use of bath tub than? I did not like the fact that we had to pay extra for garage and spa. Spa is not in the building, nor the breakfast. If you dont have spa, dont post the pictures. App is quite new, but not preserved well. Sofa had holes in it and it wasnt good to sleep. Wifi was not working. At night was constant banging noise, like someone was banging on pipes. I liked wellcome coffee and tea. It is ok to stay for a day or two, but is no surplus. You can walk 2 km to centrum, or 500m to subway.

After you take a shower, it is inevitable that water is gonna be everywhere in the bathroom, which is annoying. The room is new and clean.
